Hayden at the Kettering branch was excellent
Hayden at the Kettering branch was incredibly helpful, professional and provided excellent service from start to finish. It helps that I also made a considerable saving over my previous slightly larger unit from another company. I would definitely recommend Shurgard, but particularly Hayden.

The staff at Wellingborough Shurguard went over and above helping remove the unit lock I had lost the key for by removing it at no cost and finding me a smaller unit for my needs at a very reasonable price They are amazing .
