Onlangs een opslagbox gehuurd, en ongezien een box gehuurd, dus via de telefoon.
Om de sleutels te verkrijgen en een uitleg van de app zijn we naar de stadionweg in Rotterdam gegaan.
Daar stond Jeffery achter de balie, die alles tot in de puntjes heeft uitgelegd.
Duidelijk met een beetje humor in zijn betoog, heerlijk daar hou ik van.

Netjes ontvangen door de dame aan de balie. Uitleg gehad, ons laten zien waar de box is en onze vragen kunnen stellen. Via de mail herinneringen gehad, dat we een afspraak hadden. Zeer gestructureerd allemaal. De box is netjes en schoon.

Really unprofessional company
It's a shame. We have sent many packages from Spain and the person doesn't want to give us the key and the password. She thinks that we're drug dealers and it's a big issue, it's very unprofessional and we're very disappointed about it, they're racists. They did not even give any reason and we are now in a huge mess and very unhappy about this situation.

Horrible company please stay away from this company. Client service takes days to respond when its already too late. I never write a review on trust pilot but this company are thiefs for peoples personal belongings.

Ik vindt het onzin om een aparte verzekering te nemen terwijl ik in inboedelverzekering al heb.
Nu betaal ik 2x voor een inboedelverzekering
Voor de rest is het goed beveiligd

Erg blij met de opslag en de…
Erg blij met de opslag en de begeleiding van de mensen van Shurgard bij de reservering.
Zelf wonen wij in het oosten en het meedenken van de mensen van Shurgard hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. De volgende keer als zij weer een opslag nodig hebben gaan wij zeker weer voor Shurgard.

Bijna alles goed
Jammer dat je bij aanmelden niet kunt aangeven dat je al een slot en verzekering hebt. Dat moet dan allemaal weer verrekend worden.
Verder duidelijke uitleg en rondleiding gehad!
