Tijdens een bezoek aan de vestiging in…
Tijdens een bezoek aan de vestiging in Purmerend trof ik Elsa die nadat ze mij zag zoeken vriendelijk hielp en mij wegwijs maakte naar de locker.
Ik was namelijk opzoek naar de locker van mijn dochter... die wist ik niet meer te vinden...
We zijn al jaren klant bij Shurgard en worden altijd goed geholpen op afstand, nu dus ook lokaal geholpen wat iets zegt over deze organisatie.

Makkelijk en snel, alleen toen ik naar binnen wilde was me niet duidelijk waar ik naar binnen moest. Ik probeerde een deur en mijn code werkte niet. Na een telefoontje werd me ook niet verteld dat ik een andere deur moest nemen, had makkelijk verteld kunnen worden

Helaas bij eerste bezoek een verkeerd slot aangetroffen in het tasje in de box. Na telefoontje en wandeling door het gebouw heeft de contactpersoon van Shuregard het op afstand kunnen oplossen.
