Gina was very helpful

Gina was very helpful in the poole branch. Very informative, friendly and smooth process. Easy access to storage and seems very relaxed and affordable.

Lovely customer service

I organised my locker online which was very straightforward and I have been very impressed with the lovely customer service from the staff in reception. Gina is delightful and very helpful :) thank you

Extremely helpful and friendly

Mich and Gina are extremely helpful and friendly. We've used storage here for a while now and had great help and advice when we wanted to move units and increase our storage. The convenience of the app for coming and going later in the evening is really helpful.

It was easy to book online and I received an email a day or so before with all the instructions to download and setup the app needed for entry. Very friendly and helpful staff who showed me around on arrival.
