Convenient and surrounded by coffee shops
I chose this old Lok n stor location as its most convenient for me. It's recently been taken over by Shurguard and that confused me over things like opening times as they must have changed or the leaflet explains how to lock the door which bears no relation to the doors here. But all worked out well, though my locker is an odd triangular shape it doesn't affect me for what I am storing in it, but it might others.

It was great. The staff were very helpful and the storage area is very clean and well presented.

Excellent service
At first I reserved only the storage picked different size to what I actually have. I got phone call regarding reservation and easily cancel and pick bigger storage over the phone. All my questions were answered. Easy process to register pay etc. On the day I got phone call regarding my arrival and when got there was welcomed well instructed.staff was really helpful. The only disadvantage are the opening hours especially for people who work long hours but other than this excellent service.

The lady I spoke to was absolutely…
The lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant and very helpful I didn’t get her name but she was fantastic and made my my decision to open a unit with your company easy even when I was planning to check out others before deciding.
She gave a fantastic level of customer service which is a rare thing these days and so I decided to open a storage unit with Shurgard.
I don’t know if Shurgard do rewards and recognition for there outstanding employees, I work at a company where we reward our employees for going above and beyond or for providing great customer service.
If you have rewards or recognition within your company then I’d like to recommend that the lady that helped me be recognised and rewarded, she truly was amazing.
