Excellent service client

Préalablement à mon choix, j’ai joint le service client par téléphone qui a été très clair et efficace dans sa réponse. La conclusion du contrat en ligne s’est déroulée sans difficulté, y compris la vérification de mon identité via internet. Le service sur place au site de Balard était très satisfaisant. L’accès au box via l’application est très simple et fluidifie grandement l’expérience.

Je n’ai pas mis 5 étoiles uniquement pour le box plus petit qu’annoncé. Le choix d’un box en m3 devient une surface en m2 ce qui devrait être mieux explicité sur le site internet. Dans mon cas, cela n’a pas été gênant, mais cela aurait pu être problématique pour de grands meubles et/ou literie.
