Na enige strubbelingen met de website is alles keurig geregeld en belde Shurgard zelf met de juiste vragen en acties.

Alles was geregeld, binnen 2 dagen nadat we een ruimte hadden gereserveerd, het slot lag klaar, de app werkte en er stonden ook nog handige karretjes op locaties. Nadien nog gesproken met de service desk en dat waren ook allemaal aardige mensen, een top ervaring!

Top locatie
Prima locatie, hek is makkelijk vanuit de auto te bedienen met de app! Er staan verder grote karretjes klaar in het complex zodat je vanuit je auto alles zo naar je box kan rijden zonder gesleep. Uitleg over hoe alles werkte prima per e-mail, wij zijn er blij mee!

Goede ervaring! Zaterdag voor het eerst onze opslagbox in gebruik genomen. Instructies die we voorafgaand kregen waren duidelijk en het verliep dan ook zonder moeite.
De locatie is goed bereikbaar, in de buurt van de snelweg.
