Très bien organisé, la responsable m'a montré comment installer l'appli, l'utiliser etc. C'est bien fait, clair et carré. Sur place, c'est bien pensé pour que chargement et déchargement soient aisés.
J'y suis allée 3, 4 fois et tout s'est bien passé, donc je suis contente de mon choix. Et enfin, une entreprise qui communique ses tarifs en ligne, au lieu d'imposer d'être "rappelé plus tard par un conseiller"...

Informations reçues la veille nous permettant l'accès dès le lendemain à l'heure désirée. Possibilité de se garer à une distance relativement proche du box. Chariots à disposition pour faciliter les trajets véhicule/box.

My monthly rent DOUBLED in 4 years, no reason.
My monthly rent DOUBLED in 4 years. I live abroad, failed to follow up regularly on my automatic bank payments and have realised today the shocking reality.
It is outrageous and sneaky.
It is a perverted way of honouring loyal customers.
I cancelled my contract immediately and found other comparable storage facilities much cheaper and with easier access.
THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF THEFT.

J’ai surtout été très bien reçue par la responsable Andrée, qui m’a accompagnée jusqu’au box.
C’est la première fois que je loue dans un entrepôt et je dois dire que j étais un peu perdue!
La surface correspond et l’endroit est très propre. Chariot à disposition.
Bref un sans faute.
