AMAZING service and super user friendly website
We booked the service on sunday online and everything worked perfectly. In a few minutes after the confirmation I received all the information needed to access the facilities and the storage room was ready almost instantly. AMAZING service and super user friendly website. Higly recommended!!

I cannot find how to cancel, has this been hidden on purpose? Very frustrating, this should be much easier to find in both emails sent out and the website.

To terminate your contract, please contact your Shurgard Storage Center Manager.
This email will not be automatically transferred.
Can we kindly ask you to send us written notice (by e-mail, mail, fax or at your Shurgard storage center).
Date this notice clearly and indicate your name and the number of your storage box. Please have your notice arrive two weeks before the due date of your move out.
