Lorsque Je me suis présenté à la l’accueil de votre site de stockage de Vaise à Lyon, la réceptionniste m’a informé que ma réservation n’avait pas été validé.
Catastrophe ! Grâce à sa gentillesse elle a trouvé rapidement une solution.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié cette réactivité.

La réservation en ligne est facile et rapide.
L' accès en voiture très facile; la personne à l'accueil est très souriante, disponible et efficace: je n'arrivais pas à insérer mon cadenas pour fermer mon box et cette jeune femme m'a accompagnée et montré comment faire .
Avec le plan téléchargeable sur le site , l'accès au box est facilité .
