Beyond Excellent!!
Excellent! I rented in Lyon, 6 Rue Merciere. Just as I began to panic because my French was sub-par, Mohammed walked up and help me above and beyond any expectation I could have had. He help me check in via email, download the app, he walked me to my unit and shoed me how to use the lock. He made me practice while he assisted during the entry into and out of the gate. He was beyond efficent. During the entire time he was cleaning the property. Pickup a bottle and debris that was in front of the property. He is more than an asset to this organization! Much thanks!!
