Een heel goede ervaring. Wij hebben alles online gedaan en alles was perfect in orde. Ook bij problemen met de toegangssleutel werden wij direct verder geholpen. Zeker aan te raden!

Online boeken is supergemakkelijk
Online boeken is supergemakkelijk. Het overzicht van oppervlaktes en prijzen is helder. Het proces is transparant en veilig. Bovendien wordt je nog eens opgebeld om een en ander te checken. Er zitten mensen achter het online proces en dat is een goed teken. Met de app verkrijg je toegang tot het complex. Mijn box was voor mij beschikbaar en in gebruik te nemen zonder dat ik naar het kantoor was moeten komen vooraf.

Iemand van de onderhoudsploeg was toevallig aanwezig en de mevrouw heeft ons zeer goed geholpen doorheen de procedure om een opslagplaats te huren .

Gelukkig kreeg ik een vriendelijke dame aan de lijn.ndanks dat het verschillende pogingen…
Ondanks dat het verschillende pogingen koste om de acties van het aanvragen en vervolledigen van de aanvraag rond te krijgen -en dan voornamelijk dat bevestiging op zich liet wachten- iis alles goed gekomen van zogauw ik een mens kon contacteren. Meteen duidelijkheid. Ook in verband met de factuur en wijze van betaling.

Super makkelijk en vertrouwbaar
Deze opslagruimte was meer dan wat ik dacht. Alles was gedacht: de app (die heel makkelijk is te gebruiken), de sleutels, de lift, etc. De calculator op de website was ook perfect omdat de ruimte ik heb gehuurd helemaal geschikt voor mijn spullen. Bovendien de prijs was ook heel goed als ik van de grote sale kon profiteren. De ruimte was proper.
