A very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Souf and Patrice are always willing to help where they can. Storage unit in great condition, absolute peace of mind that my belongings were safe. Whole place clean and well maintained. Easy, good, regular access. Absolutely no issues. I cannot recommend highly enough!! What I'd hoped for and more! Thank you Souf and Patrice for making a stressful time a little easier.

We couldn't enter into the storage and the support dindt help us

The facility 0401 is with a beam in the middle and absolutely unusable.

I reached the facility to find I couldn't store my main luggage there. I had a flight to catch and was stranded with no support as there is no personal to help.

Luckily I had a friend who could take my suitcases elsewhere I would have been completely stranded.

The infrastructure is great, but the app never works, the Knightbridge storage is underground and no network. if you go on Sunday and the code doesn’t work no one can open it, expensive service related to the service offered.

Appalling service from this place; I booked a unit for 2 months and upon cancelling was informed that the unit would be reassigned before the final month was over and was refused a refund.
It's appalling and tantamount to theft of the time for which I had paid the storage. This is completely unacceptable - I recommend using an alternate storage.

Quick to set up and customer service is excellent

Easy to use. Have more space than expected, honestly. Good position in the given floor. Key and lock are easy to use, machine for code and access doors are very easy to use.

My only area of opportunity will be:

Probably most of your clients use cars to move from place to place, but you have to think about us, the small group that doesnt. I havent been able to activate your app, it keeps loading and loading and never finishes, so to get to the shurgard building i have to call the security person that manages the main door, then wall down the parking until i get to the actual building. A lot of walking if u ask me for me that at the moment doesnt have a car. This walking and the app issue are my only concern. The place logistic and locker itself have definitely been a good experience.

I have to date NOT been able to access or enter my rented storage unit - I had called Kensington & Knightsbridge offices since 22Oct and no one has returned my 2 calls,

Plus I could not log on !

And my next billing date should be from 21 Nov, not 16Nov !!!

The unit i have is very spacious, the price is higher compared to different areas. If i could change 1 thing about Shurgard it would be the price All Area should share the same price in unit sizes. Apart from that the units are safe secure 24/7 been taking care of. I have only been with my unit 1 week now it seams their isn't a lift if there is couldn't find it and had to take my items by hand to the lower level that was a shame i think before moving in speak to Shurgard i am sure they can help you with your inquiries they are friendly and helpful big thank to you all at Shurgard

My keys weren’t inside the storage when I arrived. The customer service didn’t sort it straightway when I called them. They actually didn’t know what to do! I was already with the moving company there. I had to wait for a long time until I sorted to get the keys myself!
There is no one to give support when you arrive with your boxes in that Knightsbridge car park. They said the door would open as you get close to it but it didn’t! The big door doesn’t open for trolley and you have such a headache to be able to get in and get out with the trolley… but the storage is clean and useful, good sized and priced. It’s easy to open the door with an app code.

The staff at Kennington branch was very kind enough to accommodate everything requested.

Communication was very good. The unit I wanted to rent was flooded and I was called straight away, moved to a new one while a suitable alternative was found. Everything was very smooth and the staff friendly.

As a woman, it feels a bit dangerous to be in there without someone at a front desk… a few sketchy people around… if it would have a security man front desk, it would be perfect.
