Nette vestiging van Shurgard, ruime entree waar je gemakkelijk de auto binnen kan zetten om de spullen droog in en uit te laden.
Er zijn diverse karren en een pompwagen ter beschikking om grotere (of meerdere spullen in 1 keer) te vervoeren.
Als je vragen hebt kan je altijd bij Elsa terecht.
Jammer dat zij niet vaker of langer opnde vestiging aanwezig is.

Alerte medewerker Rasha ziet beter alternatieve unit
Ik had 2 units gehuurd met ingang van een datum. Een medewerker had mij dat geadviseerd. Een andere medewerker Rasha heeft mij teruggebeld toen zij een beter alternatief zag - 1 unit met redelijk dezelfde oppervlak. Dat was ook mijn eerste keuze en daar had ik in eerste instantie ook een optie op genomen. Ik was erg blij dat zij zo alert was dit te zien.

Goede ervaring met Shurgard
Goede communicatie en duidelijke uitleg
over de gang van zaken.
Er is ook een app beschikbaar zodat dit het gemakkelijk maakt om naar binnen te komen of als je vragen hebt.
Er is ook telefonisch contact geweest om te vragen of alles naar wens is gegaan .
Kortom een goede ervaring.

De sluitingstijd van 21.00 is…
De sluitingstijd van 21.00 is onbegrijpelijk. Bezig met een verhuizing en 21.00 sluitingstijd waardoor de zaak sluit en je ook eenmaal binnen niet meer naar buiten kan. Wij hebben in Purmerend ook een opslag en daar was het vroeger tot 23.00. Krijg ik nu ook nog een boete.

Heel erg netjes, beter dan verwacht.
Met app toegang tot pand- deur gaat van zelf open - rij met auto naar binnen.
Er staan karretjes gereed uitladen en met lift naar je storage.
Erg makkelijk en zeer schoon.

Prima geregeld inline, snel en duidelijk. Alles ging via de mail en dezelfde dag kon ik al naar mijn opslagbox waar ook netjes het slot in lag. Dag daarna werd ik nog gebeld om te vragen of alles goed was gegaan.
