Ik ben erg tevreden over de service door Thijs. Hij kan je precies helpen waar je behoefte hebt. Wel jammer dat er niet altijd iemand aanwezig is.

Shurgard is schoon, met de app kan je de entree deur heel gemakkelijk
openen, goede service, ik werd meteen gebeld toen ik de lift niet in werking kreeg (bleek ook met de app te kunnen).

toegang met inlogcode niet meer mogelijk
Krijg bericht dat per 01-12-2025 toegang per inlogcode niet meer kan en dat ik maar een app. moet gaan gebruiken ? Dat is wel op een korte termijn en eenzijdige beslissing van Shurgard ? Geen overbrugging tijd of andere optie voor de klant ? Dat wordt dus een verse GSM aanschaffen met toereikend software (anders is apparaat (de mijne dus) niet compatibel met de app.versie) Het komt bij mij zeer "opdringerig" over ! Jammer.

Goed geregeld
Online gemakkelijk om een opbergruimte te huren, daarna alles prima verzorgd en men neemt telefonisch nog contact op of alles naar wens is verlopen, zeer tevreden over.

Netjes en goed maar kleine details staan 5 sterren in de weg.
Alles was netjes geregeld, duidelijke instructies en het gebouw is makkelijk begaanbaar helemaal met de app. Opmerkingen die ik wel heb is dat er geen licht in de ruimte is en ik had graag gezien dat ze beter hadden aangegeven wat de vorm van de opslag is. Op de website wordt de ruimte (visueel) geadverteerd als een kubus van 3x2x3 maar in de praktijk is het meer een pizza punt, wat vooral met de intentie om lange meubels te stallen het allemaal iets ingewikkelder maakt.
