Jaha, nöjd. Kunde tillochmed vänta lite efter jag var klar med stängd dörr och när dagens rond gjordes av er personal var han trevlig. När han upptäckte att låset inte var i dörren.
Rent och bra i byggnaden plus för det.

Mycket bra service från personalen :)
Detta är första gången jag hyr ett förråd - eftersom jag skulle flytta in mina grejer en lördag (när det är obemannat) kom jag dagen innan för att reka. Pratade med personalen på kontoret och fick väldigt bra service - en av dem följde med mig till mitt förråd och visade hur låset fungerade, var vagnarna finns och berättade vart jag skulle vända mig om det mot förmodan strulade på lördagen. Det gjorde mig mycket lugnare inför flytten dagen därpå :)

Smidigt! Men man hade gärna sluppit påse med lås på fakturan, borde gått fylla i när bokade om man har lås redan.så kunde man lagt påsen på en låda bara.

Caring customer care and great transparency
First month bill not 1kr as advertised. First invoice for the smaller locker : 658 kr (39 days). 2nd invoice (30 days) : 694kr. 3rd invoice (30 days): 694kr, payed one month ahead. Two employees shamelessly spyed on me shortly after that. Early contract termination with 45 days notice. Didn't refund.

Hello, sorry to read there was some confusion in regards to your first-month charge. The 1kr special offer applies to the monthly rent of your storage unit. The only extra costs you may need to pay are a one-off administration fee and a unique sealed lock to your storage unit to guarantee no one else can access your belongings. Although our facilities are fully insured, you still need to get an insurance to cover your stored items. Our rental prices can’t include this because the cost depends on the value of your goods.
