Op het laatste moment wilden we toch van ruimte wisselen. Hoewel alles al was geregeld is meegedacht en een andere unit aangeboden die aan onze wensen voldeed.

Alles ging prima en ik ben goed geholpen met installeren van de app.
Enige minpuntje was dat ik niet op de hoogte was van feit dat je ‘s avonds niet na 8 uur kan binnen komen (nieuwe regel) terwijl dat niet in de folder staat vermeld.
Rij ik voor niks van Scheveningen naar de Lozerlaan ….!!

Alles duidelijk, alles werkte , auto naar binnen rijden, uitladen, opslaan en weer verder met de verhuizing.
Een uitkomst, de opslag, en voldoende ruimte voor onze spullen, heel fijn.

Hartelijke welkom en uitstekende klantservice bij Shurgard
Ik heb mijn ervaring met Shurgard bijzonder positief ervaren, met name door de uitstekende klantservice die ik ontving van de dames Stephanie en Qadira. Zij waren flexibel en klantgericht bij het omzetten van mijn abonnement, wat zeer gewaardeerd word. Het hartelijke welkom dat ik kreeg van hen maakte me meegaand en zelfs enthousiast over het bedrijf. Ik raad anderen aan om bij Shurgard te gaan, vooral als u de kans krijgt om met Stephanie en Qadira te werken.

Zeer tevreden!
Kon alles regelen van identificatie en Contracteren zonder aanwezigheidvoor opslag en met iDeal betalen. Mij verhuisbedrijf kon alles zonder mij tegenwoordigheid veilig in opslag zetten en sleutels aansturen.
Prima om later weer spullen te kan ophalen met app toegang! Very Happy

Tevreden huurder
Ik heb op zondag de aanvraag online verstuurd en op maandag werd meteen telefonisch contact opgenomen en voor die dag een afspraak gemaakt om het contract in orde te maken en de instructies te ontvangen. Goede duidelijke uitleg ontvangen dus de toegang, hoewel goed beveiligd was heel eenvoudig. Alles werkte naar behoren en de ruimte was netjes en schoon!
