Goede, duidelijke website! Eenvoudige aanmeld procedure, goede ontvangst en uitleg bij 1e bezoek en correcte opvolging na 1e gebruik van de opslagruimte. Tot nu toe tevreden en onder de indruk van de service!

Eerst online een ruimte uitgekozen
Eerst online een ruimte uitgekozen. Daarna met de medewerker ernaar gekeken. Zij dacht in mijn belang met mij mee en heb ik uiteindelijk voor een andere ruimte gekozen. Ze was lekker vlot en behulpzaam.

Shurgard in den haag absolutely saved my life. I had come all the way from Köln and booked with another storage company to store my belongings but that company didn’t accept my reservation and suggested shirgard. I arrived 5 mins before closing but the team helped me secure a storage box and were absolutely wonderful. They helped me so much and i am forever grateful!

Alles was goed geregeld met de opslag ruimte zelf maar hoe je moest binnen en uit rijden het gebouw was onduidelijk en onhandig.
Ik vond deze locatie erg verlaten en voelde me niet veilig.

De organisatie en logistiek is…
De organisatie en logistiek is uitstekend, alleen kregen we niet de beloofde 3 m hoogte omdat er een balk in het plafond zit.

De opslag heeft ruime paden, grote goederenlift en makkelijk te bereiken goed aangeduide ruimtes.
Fijn dat er karretjes staan om je spullen naar je opslagruimte te vervoeren.

Zeer tevreden met eerste gebruik. Alles online geregeld, goede informatie via mail. De ruimte is goed, schoon. Voelt vertrouwd en safe. Ik ben tot nu toe zeer tevreden.
