Fijne organisatie
Reservering tot aan de ontvangst van de opslag ruimte liep heel soepel. Klantenservice is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Opslagruimte is makkelijk bereikbaar.

Ik heb 2 dagen na de reservering deze week telefonisch geannuleerd.
Toch blijft u mij met allerlei mail bestoken.
Volgens mij is de communicatie bij u van een heel slecht niveau.

Goede communicatie, er wordt persoonlijk contact opgenomen bij het aanmelden en uitleg gegeven. De app werkt prima en de opslag is netjes en prima toegankelijk.

Goed geholpen
Ik was op zoek naar opslagruimte voor enkele weken. Shurgard had een aantrekkelijke aanbieding voor mij waar ik graag gebruik van wilde maken. Ik vond de registratie die nodig was voor mijn eerste gebruik nogal omslachtig maar ben goed geholpen door de desk-medewerkers uit Rijswijk. Ik heb ze meermaals gebeld en telkens hebben ze me adequaat geholpen.
Tijdens de huurperiode ben ik gebeld met de vraag of ik de periode wilde verlengen en een duidelijk antwoord volstond. De online correspondentie over beëindiging van de huur is goed verlopen met telkens een bevestigend antwoord op mijn mailtjes. Dank!
