Mein erster Eindruck von Shurgard ist durchweg positiv! 🤩

Bereits der telefonische Support war ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort hat mich Justin dann sensationell eingewiesen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mir alles gezeigt, wertvolle Tipps gegeben und mir auch erklärt, wie flexibel man die Lagergröße bei Bedarf jederzeit anpassen kann.

Der gesamte Prozess war unkompliziert, transparent und kundenorientiert. Man merkt, dass hier Service wirklich gelebt wird.

Vielen Dank an Justin und das gesamte Team für die tolle Unterstützung. So macht Einlagern tatsächlich Spaß. Klare 5 Sterne und eine absolute Empfehlung!

Es hat alles gut geklappt

Es hat alles gut geklappt, der Zugang per App war einfach.
Eine WC-Anlage wäre gut sowie ein Kaffeeautomat, denn nach mehrstündiger Anreise und langem Räumen im Storage benötigt man das.

Sehr guter Service

Meine Erfahrung mit Shurgard Düsseldorf Heerdt war sehr positiv. Die Online-Buchung war unkompliziert, der Check-in vor Ort schnell und effizient. Die Lagerräume sind sauber, gut zugänglich und sicher. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – alle Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. Klare Empfehlung für diesen Standort.

Very helpful staff and great offers

The storage location is easyily accessible with different storage units size that can fit every use you may have.
The staff is very helpful with great English communication skills. Whether for providing recommendations, on the day of the move in or to buy cardboards, they each time went out of their way to help me, I really appreciate it! Special kudos to the girl who helped me wrap the cardboards in bags to protect them from the heavy rain outside!!
