Service impeccable chez Shurgard Forest ! Un grand merci à Jarode, Manon et Alexandre pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme et leurs précieux conseils. L’équipe est disponible, efficace et toujours prête à aider. Les locaux sont propres, sécurisés et très bien entretenus. Une excellente expérience du début à la fin, je recommande vivement !

The professional support the English…

The professional support the English speaking guy gave me was outstanding. This goes also for the central administration of the company. Reason for not getting a Five star rating is that I believe that the pricing is to high in comparison with other Shurguard countries, where you would pay half the price.

Augmentation des prix / problème de sécurité / box non hermétique

Attention. Ils ne vous le disent pas mais tous les 6 mois, ils augmentent le montant de la location d'environ 10 %. Une lettre type vous annonce cette augmentation en argumentant qu'il s'agit d'une augmentation nécessaire pour conserver les qualités de leur service....

Mon box à été cambriolé (avec d'autres). Il ne m'ont prévenu que 2 semaines plus tard et ils ne m'ont jamais envoyé les photos du cambriolage comme promis. Je pensais qu'il y avait des caméras de surveillance mais le responsable m'a expliqué que dans les couloirs secondaires, il n'en avait pas installé (ou elles étaient factices) car la législation les obligeait à des normes plus contraignantes. En outre, le box ne possédait qu'une grille en guise de plafond, ce qui laissait les affaires à la Merci de la poussière et de la suie des pots d'échappement !! À Fuir
