Sehr gute besonders hilfreiche und zugewandte zwei Mitarbeiter im Store. Der Empfang verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Erklärungen zur Benutzung waren ausführlich und haben die Möglichkeiten deutlich gemacht.

Konzept des Self-Storage gut umgesetzt.
Schnelle und kompetente Antwort/Rückmeldung, sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Warum der Zugang nur zwischen 7:00h und 21:00h (vorher 6:00h und 23:00h) möglich ist, erschließt sich mir nicht. Warum diese zeitliche Einschränkung? Habe diese Frage aber auch noch nie an Shurgard gestellt.
Hier und da dürfte vor Ort ein Mülleimer zur Verfügung gestellt sein und ein WC wäre auch sehr zu begrüßen. Perfekt würde es in meinen Augen sein, wenn zudem ein Getränke- mit oder ohne kleineren Snacks aufgestellt wäre.

Meine Erfahrung mit Shurgard war mehr als zufrieden stellend. Bereits vor der Anmietung wurde ich dreimal von Tom kontaktiert und mir die verschiedenen Schritte der Anmeldung erklaert. Ich hatte bereits alle Informationen und mein Einzug war voellig problemlos. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die Karren die am Eingang zur freien Verfuegung standen. Das Unit selber war im tadellosen Zustand.

Keine Wünsche blieben offen ..
Das Lager war bereits ab 6 Uhr Morgens zum einziehen bereit ( obwohl ein Tag vorher abends erst gebucht ) . Personal ist super nett und hilft sehr gern.
