I tried reaching out to Show RX with no response, I was simply asking, why would they prescribe this much and why. Guess they don't kwno either.

Super rude customer service, and canceled my order due to me asking when my order would be shipped since it's been past the 2-3 day mark their website says. Was accused of being hostile lol for asking for an actual answer and not an excuse since I had already paid almost $1200.00. I also requested someone to call me and asked that she not text me again, was told no and they canceled my order stating they would not tolerate anyone being rude to their staff. I called their customer service line and left a few messages with no return call.

Just an update, the comment was actually “F You” and that was only after you lied and canceled my order, just as you lied in your response here. I have the entire text chain! Wow, a final decision, too bad you couldn’t give a finial decision on the simple question I asked lol

Honestly I had had a decent experience with them except their customer service is awful. Just read the tone of how they respond to some of these people on here. I was misinformed about the amount of medicine they sent me. They said the information they sent me in my first order and treatment plan would be completely different in my next 3 month plan when I buyed in bulk… In the literal package I was sent I received DIFFERENT directions than what the doctor sent me, but it was “my fault” that I followed the instructions I received from the pharmacy in my first package. And when I reached out to customer service for help they were extremely rude and not helpful. This was a literal message I received from them: “To be honest, I do not understand your frustration. Your patient portal, the doctor chat message, and the label attached to your medication could not be clearer.

I understand where the confusion was, I just was asking for some empathy and providing feedback on what could be better for their future orders. No desire to make things right. Or even apologize….. These providers are a dime a dozen. I don’t recommend.

I have tried several times to communicate with SHOWW RX and have received no answer to either email or phone messages. I paid $247 for 2nd month of medication and have not received the product. UPS stated they do not have the package. I would like either the product or a refund.
