Plates arrived quick enough. however they were not to DVLA standards as per order confirmation. they totally ignored three emails to rectify, either replace or credit. Unusable went in the bin.

Ist courier (Evri) useless. Don't give a date or time for delivery, and no option for when recipient is not in. Plates returned to sender, who sent them via Royal mail...much better!! Plates superb q... Zobacz więcej

Use EVRI for delivery...need I say more
I'm sure that their plates are great and the whole ordering process was quick and easily. However, sadly they use EVRI for delivery and insist on a signature on delivery. Of course EVRI try twice, (not the 3 times that they claim), whilst I am on holiday. So they then return to sender. I ask them to send again and without the need for a signature, its hardly a high valueable item. But they send it through EVRI in the same way all over again. So it goes back to sender again and then is cancelled down. So now I have gone elsewhere.
Additional edit after response from Showplatesworld: They did indeed refund my payment after EVRI were unable to deliver. They were also very helpful when I spoke to them during the process, but their ongoing use of EVRI as a delivery partner is always going to negativly impact them, and the need for a signature upon delivery makes the process unecessarily complicated. I have upgraded my response to 3 stars from my original 1 star due to their prompt response to my original review and their proactive customer service. I re-ordered my plates through Premium Plates which once you have placed the order becomes apparant is the same company, using the same incompetent delivery company. Luckily I was home to receive the package this time, and so these guys got my business anyway.
