Easy to fit and gives great results. Only downside is that the pumps are quite noisy when running. Ours are located in airing cupboard - might be quiter if installed in loft.

A great piece of kit I fitted one to my neighbours central heating on along run which was taking a long time to heat up so good had to turn the radiator on that loop right down.
A very good buy well worth the money

One pump developed an issue after a few years - customer service was fantastic.
Talked me through everything to figure out the issue and gave me all the details to order the correct replacement.

Does exactly what it says and solved my problem which was the shower going hot and cold. Easy to install in 2 mins if you have two wrenches to fit the nuts.

Before installing the information on the Booster sounded very good and would help improve the pressure on my shower. After installation there was very little noticeable pressure increase. I contacted Alan the inventor looking for help and in fairness he did respond quickly. He got me to check flow rate and send photos of installation etc. he came up with a load of possible problems, like air locks, not installed correctly but nothing to do with his booster. Unfortunately I could not recommend this product, as my plumber said I should have put in a proper pump.

Fitted master and slave units on both hot and cold feeds from gravity system.
These supply Rainfall Showerhead and Hand Spray, one floor below.
Great result !!
Service - ordering, delivery, packaging, instructions and product quality all first class.
Products - installation easy, flow good, pressure more than adequate, noise level very quiet.
Comments - at turn on, there is a small hesitation, before full flow, while units start up - not a problem.
Ideally, would have liked more pressure from Rain Shower but has more than acceptable flow rate.
Good value, easy DIY fit, far less hassle, less complications and less cost than conventional shower pumps. Also, considerably less cost to run.

Excellent product. From receiving a trickle of hot water in the bathroom and having a miserable excuse for a shower, the shower power booster has transformed the experience and now the shower works really well with an excellent flow rate that makes having a shower a genuine pleasure. Wish I'd known about this product sooner.

Used to boost pressure to new shower installation. Easy to fit and wire up. Works very well delivering good pressure from indirect hot and cold supply. Very pleased.

Nobody is moaning at me about the shower pressure anymore since I fitted two SP22s pumps. Easy to fit.
I ordered the 3 metre extension cable and that gave me a bit of flexibility.
The whole transaction and delivery was flawless, in my experience very unusual these days.
I phoned for advice and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful even although she had a stinker of a cold.

Really glad I discovered this great piece of kit. Quiet, easy to install, well made.

I think the estimated fitting time is optimistic, obviously, depending on the siting.

Great innovative product ... worked to boost my hot water pressure to match a cold mains feed to my mixer rain shower.

We have a 2-bed apartment with 2 bathrooms used as Service accommodation. It has a MegaFlow Heatrae Stadia sealed cylinder and the hot water pressure was poor leading to complaints of poor water flow from both showers. I was looking online to find a solution and came across this site. It was very informative. Very clear explanations of the product and a good video. The customer service was excellent. Responses within hours. They helped me identify the product I needed (SP21S). Straightforward installation process. I did need some help with the wiring (as I failed to read the wiring diagram!), I sent an email with a video to Alan Wright explaining the problem and he responded within 30 minutes providing the wiring diagram. Water flow has now increased from 4.2 liters per minute to 7.2 litres per minute. Thank you very much

The device worked well at first boosting the hot water in our downstairs kitchen sink, then just outside the warranty the pump case cracked. SPB refused to help as it was bought thru PlumbHQ who only look after their clients for 30 days. Appalling after sales service and the only recourse is to buy another one. What a pitiful support and pathetic warranty.
Following this review Alan Wright the inventor of the device has stepped in and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. In short buy from the manufacturer, and avoid the hassle I have had. Thanks Alan.

Great pice of kit arrived fast and the after service from Alan when asking questions was second to none will definitely use again
