Shortland Horne Recenzje

I am an executor for a family estate in Coventry and live outside the UK. As part of these duties, I had to sell a house in Coventry so needed an agent that I trusted to be both ethical and responsive and could work with me long distance. I chose Shortland Horne to market & sell the house -Chris Gale and Jerell Hendricks did a good job of getting it positioned well on the market and we had lots of viewings and a fast offer. Once we moved into the contract process, I found Shelley Frain to be a great partner to help nudge things along and keep me informed in very timely way. We successfully completed the sale in July and I am so thankful for their professionalism, responsiveness and focus on my needs as their client. Would highly recommend this team.

I am very impressed with the property management service provided. Clear communication throughout, easy and quick solutions to any hurdles, and overall very professional interactions with all staff members I spoke to. They were able to make the whole experience as stress free as possible.

Five stars services!

Great service from the first viewing to keys handover.

Big thank you to Shortland Horne teams!

Specially thank you for Shelley and Andy, helpfully and efficiently.

Shortland Horne were very professional with the sales and marketing. However, they exceeded all expectations when it came to the conveyancing process. Shelley was a fantastic contact and facilitated the conveyancing which became tricky at times.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Coventry Team.

This is the first time we have used Shortland Horne. Our 2 contacts were Andy (Sales) and Shelley (Aftersales) Both were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication was excellent. They took responsibility for keys and viewings and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Shelley went above and beyond, liaising with our buyers and solicitors, keeping us informed every step of the way.Would definitely recommend Shortland Horne from our positive experience.

Excellent service from laila keep up with the good work.

I was extremely impressed with Shortland Horne services. Chris valued my late mother’s house for probate and kept in touch with me until it was ready to go on the market. He provided expert advice on what to value the property at. When the house was on the market the Sales Team provided regular updates on viewings. They also took responsibly for the keys and viewings as I live a distance away from the house. When I received offers they provided expert guidance on what one to accept through looking at different factors. Finally Linda in the After Sales Team provided support during the completion process. Thank you for excellent communication throughout the process. It was great to work with such friendly and professional people.

I couldn't be more grateful to Linda and Will at Shortland Horne for their exceptional support during the sale of my home. Despite several challenges along the way, they remained dedicated, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their proactive approach and constant communication made all the difference, ensuring we navigated through everything smoothly. Thank you, Linda and Will, for your outstanding service and commitment. I highly recommend Shortland Horne for their exceptional team!

We were quite nervous about choosing an estate agent as we had not moved for 33 years. However Chris made us feel confident straight away that they would do a good job for us. Chris was very friendly and put us at ease, and we soon had many prospective buyers coming to view. On the day of completion in January Linda very kindly looked after us giving us coffee while we waited for the release of the keys. Great service!

What a pleasure dealing with the team at Shortland Horne. Efficient and friendly people, who made my move a pleasure from start to finish. Well done rental team, it was a pleasure working with you to get into my new home. Thanks for everything.

The entire team at Shortland Horne are a pleasure. Zx

I contacted Shortland Horne for a valuation on my property, within an hour I received a call and a valuation appointment was made for the following day. Andy attended my property, he was lovely to talk with, he spoke openly about the valuation and the processes involved with selling my property, which was very reassuring. It was a pleasure to deal with Andy and I will certainly be using Shortland Horne for the sale of my home.

Could not fault the wonderful service received from Shortland Horne, Reece was professional and sensitive throughout the entire process of us selling our late Mums property and found a buyer quickly!
