Thank you for your response quickly. I appreciated all the information you had provide for me.

Good professional helpful service.

Found it strange that no letterhead invoice was provided and emailed to me when paying account
That I had to pay upfront with email with bank details and no other information

Very prompt replies from the Education providers, They rang to discuss my requirements and suggested some options that I hadn't considered.
Very helpful

I have enquired about a course twice now
I received phone calls but unfortunately couldn't return the calls until after 5pm. Of course they weren't answered as it was out of business hours.

I asked to be emailed more information as that would be best way of contact for me.

Again, no answer or calls.

Highly disappointed with the way it was handled.

Excellent. Very helpful and supportive with all my enquiries.

They emailed and returned call and had all the information I needed. Helpful and informed

I found the site very easy to use and the communication was quick and understanding when I needed to reschedule.

easy to make choices with available prices

I have received your information and spoken with Chloe. I’m just waiting a bit longer to sign up. This I will be doing 100%. Thanks very much!! 😊

I was looking for short courses in psychology purely out of interest, not for career as semi retired now. Love learning and studying especially in fields that I have a keen interest in. Using your service I was able to find a short psychology course which ticked my boxes: it was through Careers Collectiv and a wonderful consultant Nicolas called me to discuss within 48 hours of submitting my interest.
Nicolas was very informative and was able to answer all my questions. Post call he sent me the comprehensive be guide so that I can look into the course information further prior to making my decision.
Overall, impressed with the service and professional manner that my questions were answered. Definitely recommend your service to anyone looking at short courses whether it be for work or pleasure!

To be honest, all I wanted was a course guide to have a look at what was involved. I didn’t really want to talk to someone but on the website it says to download the course guide you need to give contact details and they will email it to you. They didn’t they just kept calling without giving course guide information.

Found easy to communicate what I was looking for and was confident in the person enrolling me that I was taking the right steps to ensure I recieve a good education and fulfill my requirements In the sector I wish to study..will recommend anytime

enrolment super easy, Tom and Tessa were really nice and extremely helpful whilst setting me up to begin the course.
