I bought it 3 of calix travel mug on their website for work and using while i am travelling. The mug keeps my coffee hot for long hours but was important for me to be leakproof aswell. The product is advertising on website as leakproof but unfortunately its not. My big disappointment i put it this in my bag and my laptop, notebook, powerbank etc in my bag everything covered coffee. I have video about it but i can’t add here

I bought the mug and sports water bottle for my partners birthday after getting the same for myself and loving them. He loves them!

Ive lost count of how many SHO pur hases I've made for myself, my husband and friends and family.
We all love the bottles and cups.
Great quality and lovely company to deal with.

Easy to order from the site i would of bought other items but the colours i wanted were out of stock.
I have lots of the designs and have also bought for gifts.
They keep products both hot and cold for hours.

I have ordered 3 items from SHO over the last year, 2 water bottles and a hot drinks cup, all super quality and lovely designs. Slightly obsessed with them. My daughter recently ordered one as a gift which was greatly received. Also really easy to keep clean.

Bloody amazing!!! My daughter lost her spork out of her flask, emailed to ask if I can buy another? Ellie the Chief Happiness Officer replied straight away that she would send me a new one FOC. Love the product, love the service, highly recommend.

Order the wife i new water bottle it was the guzzle. Bottle she loves it I've ordered a few things from sho. I've got the XL TUMBLER so does my oldest son we all have water bottle as well mix of different types. Water always stays cold for hrs even the ice doesn't melt. Right on to hot drinks if am used my cup for coffee on the way to work I fill it up with hot water b4 hand as it keeps hot for longer.
As if it cold it will cool down quicker. It's comment sense.
Please don't listen to the negative views. With the ones that are on here . As I've says I've got more than one product from sho . And I've never had any issues and all the family love them

We have lots of these bottles as they are fab. I emailed today as my dog chewed my sons lid and I wondered if I could just buy a replacement lid.

They came straight back and said they’d send me a new lid FOC!!

I have 6 SHO products in total. 4 Food flasks and 2 water bottles for me and my family.
My children all use their food flasks for packed lunches at school, so you can imagine the battering they get every day. These flasks have held up really well in comparison to other branded food flasks.
My son's water bottle has taken a beating too, but it has faired up well and still keeps his drink nice and cold.
Recently, my daughters food flask lid got broken at school by another child and it seem a shame to throw it away, so I contacted SHO customer services to see if I could get a replacement lid. They sent out a replacement free of charge.
Great service and great products too. Will be using SHO products for a long time to come.

I brought the Calix coffee mug as I was having an operation and needed a way to carry a drink from one room to another without spilling it while on crutches. I wish I had brought another bottle. The lid does not stay on meaning drinks are spilt constantly, even with the slider open the lid pops off. And the stains are awful. I understand tea stains but when you are drinking immediately I would not expect the bottle to be so stained within just a few uses.
Don't bother trying to get any help from customer services. They will tell you that the drink has to be cooled to 60^C before the lid can go on (how they expect people to know the temperature of a drink is beyond me) and having to wait a considerable time before the lid will work makes this item not fit for purpose. Re the stains they will just tell you that you need to purchase one of their special cleaners so yet more money to spend.
I have burnt my hand and stained my carpet repeatedly due to this item being completely unfit for purpose. The lid is not spill proof, it doesn't even stay on. Oh and they only tell you that the drink has to be cooled to 60^C on the instructions that they send out, by which time it is too late to know the item will be useless.
Avoid this company, the items are not fit for purpose and customer service is terrible.

Bought the food flask as was impressed by all of the marketing activity and was looking for something to keep my porridge warm for 90 mins until I got to work. Don’t be filled, it just forcing do the job at all. Customer service suggested I rest with boiling ester for 10 hrs to see if it worked, and yes for liquids it did work but that’s not helpful for food that was stone cold after 90 mins. I was told to fill it to the top which I did but it still didn’t work as porridge sinks a little once settled. How will anything other than liquid stay hot then, like brim for example that they show on insta etc? Apparently you need to put foil over the top! Not as advertised as does not do the job!! Great for keeping drinks hot though!!

Great selection and fantastic discounts. I ordered three items and they arrived promptly. Emails are sent to keep you updated on delivery times. Really lovely colour choice. Keeps my coffee piping hot all day. Like the new lids. I already had a water bottle so knew I was going to get a quality product. Definitely buy again.

Ordered a few bottles and a food flask great quality and lots of different colours and sizes to choose from cheaper than amazon for the same quality. Also delivery is pretty quick.

I was gifted an XL tumbler in the summer which was great to begin with. I used it throughout the day and it seemed to keep drinks cool and hot as expected.

A few months later I started having issues with leaking. I made contact with the team via Facebook messenger and then email to see what could be done due to the tumbler being a gift.

The Facebook messenger team did not make an effort to locate my email sent over a week ago and the email team have not responded. I would not recommend their products due to leaking. No they are not leak-proof but I would think they would be better quality. I have no order number as it was a gift but extremely disappointed by the poor customer service.

DO NOT order from this company. I added a discount code but after I completed my payment details, it deleted the discount code and processed the order before I could cancel. Deceptive company.

Colour and packaging of both the XL tumbler & the food flask is beautiful. However, the XL tumbler, I had to chase for it to be delivered. Used for 1 week and cleaned between washes, mould started to grow. I emailed customer services as I have a kids SHO bottle that I have cleaned in exactly the same way and never has it become mouldy. They wouldn’t do anything about it. So after a couple of months… my XL bottle has gone in the bin as it continues to become mouldy. It’s ashame as everything else was great. I won’t be buying again.

I’ve bought three food flasks, all recipients pleased with gift. Good colours, useful. But I’m surprised they aren’t dishwasher proof!

Delivered with broken lid and they're refusing to replace. Have bought quite a few sho bottles in the past but won't buy another
