I ordered some goodies for my dried out locks on Monday evening, and selected standard delivery which was 2-4 working days! On Tuesday evening when I returned home, all my products had been delivered! Thank you so much Shop Rush! This is excellent service!!!

I was struggling to get hold of some ShuUemura conditioner before my hols in Thailand over Xmas (recent highlights+sea+sun=potential disaster). First time I've used Shoprush and it saved the day - easy to order and quick, no-hassle delivery. And the free travel pack turned out to be really handy as well. I'd order again. Jakki

I was a bit worried after reading reviews and when my order didn't turn up after a few days, I called. Their customer service was fantastic and my order arrived the next day with a free travel pack!! Thanks shoprush!

Ordered the last few of my xmas shopping gifts, thought id done it a bit last min.com but i was wrong, only took a couple days to arrive and great value for money!!! Whoop whoop!

Bought some Kerastase products from shoprush. Ordered on a monday night got it on the wedsnesday morning. Also they had offers on so I got a free travel pack too. Very happy customer!

This is the worse online company ever and I am not kidding. Do not expect to receive your order nor expect to speak to somebody from customer services nor get any replies with emails. In fact I doubt they provide any customer service. After 5 phone calls at least and 2 emails, i am convinced i am never going to get any help. This is my first review and I am so furious that I am determined to warn all consumers out there to keep away!

I read the bad reviews but decided to give them a try anyway. I placed the order (Aveda shampoo) on their website (not via Amazon) and it took 5 days to despatch, then another 4 days to deliver.

Received my items damaged. They don't answer the phone and they do not respond to emails. Head Office refused to help. Do not shop here.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced - I can see from other people's reviews that it is not a coincidence my mails are being ignored.

Delivery was slow - So slow I asked for the order to be cancelled. The Customer Service advisor told me the order had already been dispatched, hence I couldn't cancel. Bizarrely, this email, and the standard "your order has been dispatched" mail came within a couple of minutes of each other. Clearly something had been done to push the order along once I'd already asked to cancel.

As a matter of principal, I sent the items back. However, before I did, I asked to confirm what would happen with me having to pay £6+ to send them back - when I had asked for them to be cancelled in the first place and that had been ignored. I was told my postage would be refunded.

2 months and 6 mail chases later - My postage has not been refunded, nor have they even had the courtesy to reply my mail.

Disgusting customer service - How they can simply ignore customer queries is beyond me!

I will never be using them again.

Ordered in the middle of August and never received the products. They refuse to respond to emails and don't answer their phone. Thieves!

I placed an order on the 3rd of septemeber and it is now the 17th and i still have not recieved it. I have tried calling and have left messages but no body responds or picks up the phone, after waiting on the phone for 20mins it just cuts off.
I hope i will recieve my order soon or i will be reporting shoprush to trading standards.
Looking at thier facebook and twitter page everyone seems to have the same problems.
I will NEVER order with Shoprush again, and i encourage everybody to shop elsewhere.

I cannot say it enough do NOT be tempted to shop with them just cos some product you want to buy is a few pennies less than elsewhere online (that is what attracted me), you will regret it and it is not worth it!!! They take ages to dispatch items and have very slow postage, you cannot even contact customer services if there is a problem because the numbers they provide are useless, no one answers you will be put on hold for ages and when they eventually do they will tell you that this is the customer services dept but they can't help with online orders as they haven't got a clue and it is not on their system. Then they will give you some other number to phone that you will never manage to get through to talk to an actual human being. Awful communication. Liars, cheats I could call them every name on earth they'd fully deserve it, no one's ever made me so angry over such a small value purchase it is just that everything about them is irritating to the max! They will not refund you so say goodbye to your money unless you want to waste your time chasing claims like I will be doing now because I don't want them to get away with it. Seriously don't buy from them. Or if you do prey everything will go OK cos if there is a problem you will NOT be able to resolve it with a bunch of muppets.

I have tried for one week to contact Shoprush. I have sent over 5 messages and emails, I have called every single day and nobody answers. I've asked on their Facebook page and I can see that they have replied to somebody elses query but ignored mine.

I just want a refund but if nobody gets back to me, what can I do??
I'm so furious with them, it's totally unacceptable. I already send the products back that costed me nearly £90.00 and also costed me 13.00 to send back and never heard anything from them

They are cheaper than elsewhere but i'll never use them again because their customer service is so awful, its not worth the savings. If you look at their Facebook page you'll see that i'm not the only one that feels this way. I would give 0 stars if it let me.
