I wish I cld give zero stars pharmacy Milton on Main Street is slowest and most disorganized I’ve ever seen. Service sucks and way more expensive than an other pharmacy quoted me but due to the fact it was out of stock at mine I opted to come here. A 30 mins wait has now been an hour and half.

I was prescribed a six-month course of doxycycline by my physician. When I went to pick up the prescription at store #0228, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed that they had just 7 tablets available. I was assured the remaining supply would arrive before I ran out, and that I would receive a call once it was ready.

As I reached my last three tablets, I still hadn’t heard from the pharmacy, so I called to follow up. I was told a delivery was expected that afternoon and that I would be contacted once the medication was available. However, I never received a call.

The following day, now down to just two doses, I went to the pharmacy in person to check. When I inquired about the rest of my prescription, I was told it was already in stock. When I asked why I wasn’t notified, the pharmacist curtly replied, “I don’t know what you were told, but here it is,” without offering any apology or acknowledgment of the oversight.

This experience was extremely disappointing.

Be careful purchasing gift cards from shoppers drug Mart I purchased $600 in Petro Canada gift cards from shoppers drug Mart in Oakville. None of the cards worked. I tried 2 Petro Canada gas stations - the cards would not scan. I went back to the store where they were activated and they were unable to return or replace.
I had to contact customer service and now a third-party appears to be investigating this
So now it's up to me to keep following up and try to get my money back
After 2 weeks I was offered a $600 shoppers drug mart gift card instead as the gift cards I purchased were not able to be activated. But I cannot purchase new gift cards with the shoppers gift card only products from shoppers.

I am unfamiliar with purchasing gift cards, so at time of purchase I asked the clerk if I could return it if it wasn't needed and she said I would have to contact customer service. As it turned out I didn't require the gift card, but when I contacted customer service they denied me the return without an adequate explanation. I'm advising everyone to avoid shopper's drug mart.

Went into Shoppers Drug Mart to buy a lottery ticket, the woman at cash, extremely rude. just because I didn't know exactly how much it cost per ontario lottery. She was very condescending and rolled her eyes at me.. Won't be going in to do any shopping in here again.

The pharmacist at the jane and wilson store has no patience. He walks away from you while you are asking questions and barely answers them. This happened to me twice already with the same pharmacist.

At the Fremont Village SDM in Port Coquitlam, the post office has been closed very early at least 3 times in the last year. Today, the sign said it closed at 4:55 p.m. due to unforeseen circumstances. It is supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m. The P.O. must be closed more often than I have personally experienced. It would be helpful to have staff to fill in for these situations, at least for people who only need to pick up parcels. If this is not possible, perhaps this federal service should be offered at more reliable locations than this one. I do find that except for the cosmetics area, customer service is minimal at this store.

Since Internayional students took over jobs the customer service is at the lowest
I got ensure deal with a coupon and she tried to read the coupon and said first word NO instead could mention me in nicer way
I know there are some exceptions but because I got much good options after reading the coupon

I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of accountability and customer service from Shoppers. I placed an online order and paid an extra $17 for expedited shipping, only to find out that my package was sent via Canada Post—despite widely known service disruptions and a potential strike.

What’s worse is that after reaching out to them directly to express my concerns, I received no meaningful response or resolution. No explanation. No refund. No accountability.

If I’m paying for faster delivery, I expect the service to match—or at the very least, to be contacted if there are issues. Instead, I was left completely in the dark, and my concerns were essentially ignored.

This experience has completely eroded my trust in Shoppers. I won’t be ordering from them online again.

I second the previous review. I went to my local Shoppers tonight to specifically pick up 18s of Coke Zero & Ginger Ale. At the cash register told no 20% seniors discount today for what turns out to be an overriding $8.99 sale price. BIG DEAL! No display sign, just the regular price shown. So, no seniors price of $7.59 + tax. I did not buy anything. Left VERY UPSET at this treatment of seniors. SHAME ON YOU!!

An Incredibly greedy move today (22May2025). It's senior's day, and most retired people enjoy the senior discount as we struggle to make ends meet. Today, Shoppers gave a 30cent discount on 18 packs of soft drinks, so that we don't get the senior discount. 9.29 to 8.99 so no discount. Greed ! Is this Loblaws fault, or just the Shoppers group ?

Store price higher than advertised online, refused to honour the advertised sale price. Belle River Ontario.

I called in my prescription the night before as they never have it ready in a descent amount of time so I could pick up the next day on my lunch but no one put it through and on my lunch break they wanted me to wait but I have a job they are not sure what went wrong well some one did not pass on the message or do there job not surprised

Shoppers Drug=Mart at 3003 Danforth Avenue in Shoppers World is one of the best pharmacies in Toronto . They take my refills over the phone , they have them ready always within 2 hr and even send me notices that the refill is ready. I have been with them for more than 1 year and they are great
I understand not all Shoppers Drug Marts are the same service,. But the one at Shoppers World -3003 Danforth Avenue , I highly recommend

The pinnacle of rudeness and total void of customer satisfaction and support ! I am specifically referring to store number 865 located at 125 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON.

The website of the above store shows a 2.8 star ratings, this is way more than what they deserve.

The manager, Mr. Rod, and his assistant, Mr. Manpreet collude into making clients life difficult, to the point of obstructing other lower rank employee when they tried to help !

Shoppers Drug Mart head office would be better served NOT having such employees with bad attitude as it only hurt the image of the brand in whole, and project an unfair light on other Shoppers Drug mart locations who has employees and management who cares.

Shoppers in Bells Corners, Ottawa, did not honour a bonus where I could buy two of the same brand items and get one free. The manager at the store said the offer was only for online purchases, but on the Shoppers website, it doesn't mention that. It clearly states that for two items, you get one free.

For starters that can answer the phone before I become a senior and I'm not even fifty years old...I transfered to Rexall because of this and I am also on hold with shoppers while I write this😩I think staff has a phobia of answering phones or some mysterious anomaly is taking place....a total of 30 mins and counting...well I have said my piece... I tried to give zero stars lol....

Phoned my prescription over two weeks ago. I check on it today. It hasn’t even been ordered yet. The woman I talked to is oh I don’t know who did it. Well, I’m pretty sure it was her. This is at the Cambria mall Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. Looks like I’ll be having to find a new pharmacy. I can’t deal with that kind of incompetence.

I am writing to express our disappointment and concern regarding an unsatisfactory and unfair experience we had at the Shoppers Drug Mart store located at Country Hills, Calgary.
On April 14, 2025, my wife and I visited the store’s photo studio to have photographs taken for our Canadian citizenship applications. The signage in the studio clearly advertised services for “citizenship photographs.” However, we were each issued only one printed copy of our photograph. The digital images were saved to my personal USB drive only because I specifically requested it.
After beginning the online application process at home, we realized that each application requires two printed copies of the photograph. Accordingly, we returned to the store today, April 29, 2025, to request the additional copies. We were fully prepared to pay for the extra copy, if necessary.
To our surprise, we were informed that the original photos had been deleted from their system and could not be retrieved. When I offered the digital copies from my USB drive, the staff said their system was not able to print from external USB devices.
I then requested to take new photos and provide two copies and a refund for the initial incomplete service. The photographer on duty acknowledged that it was an error not to have provided two copies in the first place and confirmed that citizenship applications indeed require two copies.
At that point, another member named Naomi intervened. She was firm in stating that a refund could not be issued and referred to our original photos as “digital copies,” though she did not explain her reasoning clearly. She also claimed that the store only provides “passport photos,” which directly contradicted the studio’s signage indicating “citizenship photographs.” When I pointed this out, she abruptly changed her explanation.
In the end, we had no choice but to retake our photos and pay the full price again. There was no refund or acknowledgement of the previous oversight, and we were left feeling dismissed and disappointed by the lack of accountability.
We find it unreasonable to be charged twice due to a service error and hope that Shoppers Drug Mart will take corrective action. We also suggest that clearer procedures and training be put in place to avoid similar situations for other customers.
We trust this matter will be reviewed seriously and look forward to your response.

I have noticed this happening a while now and today I decided to address THE RACIAL PROFILING at most Shoppers Drugmart location specifically the one at Duffrin and Lawrence. Everytime i go into that store EVERY TIME in a matter of mins the voice intercom "SECURITY TO SECTION " I'm not stupid I know what I know...
