Ordered 2 coolers from Airobreeze through Shopperoc By With Reach suddenly within a spilt second charged for 8 and for extended warranty. Contacted the seller within minutes to cancel and they responded that the order had been processed. Contacted Paypal to report an unauthorised transaction who refused to help. No returns no refund no reply
SCAM!

Very similar experience to another reviewer here. Seems to be a scammer.
I started to order one cooler and discontinued but somehow got billed for 2 transactions involving 3 coolers ! and charged for a warranty extension that I did not want plus enrolled into an automatic payment system associated with each transaction!!!
I emailed minutes after I received payment confirmation from Paypal indicating that I had not wanted to complete an order for anything and that if any funds had gone through I wanted a refund. I also cancelled the automatic payment enrolments. In line with Paypal's advice I contacted the support address for this supplier which was 'With Reach' and received a reply essentially saying they are the supplier for 'Shopperoc Embedded' but can't/won't help in any way and I should contact Shopperoc direct - I don't care to be scammed further so I am very reluctant to do that.
Update is that Paypal has now upheld my dispute and I have received refunds. What a relief!

Complete Ripoff, Cleaner tablets don't clean anything. Total waste of money. takes 30 to 40 days tooo arrive then wont refund because you are outside 30 day window. SCAM SCAM SCAM avoid at all costs, no customer service, just a huge run around and brush off!!

I placed an order for two dashboard cameras for my vehicle, completing full payment in advance through PayPal. What followed was nothing short of frustrating and deeply concerning.

The ordered items never arrived, which is unacceptable for any legitimate e-commerce business. More troubling was their complete lack of communication - multiple emails seeking clarification about the order status were met with absolute silence. This systematic ignorance of customer inquiries demonstrates a profound disregard for basic business ethics and customer service standards.

Fortunately, I had the foresight to use PayPal as my payment method, which ultimately proved to be my saving grace. Upon filing a complaint with PayPal regarding the non-delivery of goods, they promptly investigated the matter and issued a full refund. Their intervention was necessary due to Shopperoc.com's complete failure to fulfill their basic contractual obligations.

I must strongly advise against conducting any business with Shopperoc.com. Their pattern of behavior - accepting payment without delivering goods and subsequently ignoring all communication attempts - strongly suggests intentionally deceptive practices. While I was fortunate to recover my funds through PayPal's buyer protection, others may not be so fortunate. This company has demonstrated themselves to be thoroughly unreliable and ethically questionable. Potential customers would be well-advised to seek more reputable alternatives for their purchases.

The first thing is that they should be honest!!.

THE FACTS.BUYING A AIRBREEZE COOLING FAN. SHOPPEROC BY WITH REACH USA LLC WILL BILL YOU AND SET UP A REPEATABLE BILL PERIOD. THEY MORE THAN DOUBLE YOUR ORDER AS A REPEATABLE BILL YOU DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I FOUND SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE BUSINESS BUT STILL GOT BILLED FOR THE PRODUCT I DID NOT COMPLEAT THE ORDER FOR.THE WORST ON LINE BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

I ordered the Wavemax (1 only) and got charged triple the price it stayed. They also added the service agreement which I did not want. I to messaged them within seconds of placing the order and they told me it had already left the warehouse. So I asked for my money back. Haven’t seen a cent back. 😡

Sent three of the same item a HD antenna. When contacted they promised a half cost refund which I never received and I could keep the goods. Reach emailed me about the refund and when I advised not received replied and said I must apply again. Also unauthorised payments for PayPal. Stay well clear of. Nightmare to deal with

Sent product back as directed. Never received a refund as promised and no help from Paypal. They never received an answer back from Shopperoc. Interesting that this is a theme for other too that never received their refunds.

Buyer Beware!
I am writing to share my experience I have received no resolution regarding an overcharge and poor customer service related to my recent purchase of cleaning tablets through your platform.
• Order Details:
I was overcharged for 6 cleaning tablets, Amazon sells for $9.00. Instead, I was charged $34.00 and $15.00, totaling $49.00.
• Steps Taken:
1. I immediately contacted both Reach and Shopproc to cancel the order but was only refunded $5.99 for an extended warranty for the cleaner tablet that I never ordered , I was not refunded the full amount.
2. I emailed your customer support team requesting a refund but received no response.
3. I was disconnected twice while calling to cancel the order.
4. I filed a claim with PayPal, but their form incorrectly listed the issue as “item not received.” When I attempted to escalate the claim, the form malfunctioned, making it impossible to submit properly.

After much effort, I finally reached PayPal by phone. A representative named Ira escalated the claim on my behalf, but I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 10 days for resolution. This delay is unacceptable given the overcharge was evident immediately after the order was placed.
• Requested Resolution:
1. A full refund of $49.00.
2. A confirmation email detailing the refund and an explanation for the overcharge.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and the difficulty in resolving this issue. I trust that you will address this promptly to restore my confidence in your business.

I tried to order two antenna from this company for $49.80 using PayPal. Their site immediately added two more plus 2 warranties totaling $87.83. I contacted them a few hours later to tell them about the problem. The guy contacted me right back and said it was already sent to the warehouse and he couldn't stop it. But I could send them back.I have sent them 20+ emails and they keep closing my cases and then black flagged my email address. Their contact email address with PayPal pops up a SCAM warning. I am going to file with PayPal. I see others had the same issue with them adding items and billing them real quick.

So I was given shopperoc email for customer support that they give everyone on here with bad reviews and I still haven’t received a reply. I ordered two airabreeze accidentally and was charged way more than advertised then I noticed I had been signed up to an automatic subscription. WTF for Shopperoc? Are we all expected to pay your scamming A$$e$ wages too? Oh and I never received an order confirmation either. Anyway I’m waiting for PayPal to resolve this hopefully. And if you had any kind of decency, reply to your emails!!!!!

Buyer beware. If you purchase from this company and need to return the merchandise, you will never ever get your money back. It will take you months of back-and-forth emails with no resolution. do not buy from this company. They tell you the refund has been issued, but you will never see the money.

I was charged on my Pay Pal account for a product of which I have no knowledge and did not order. This was an "automatic payment".

DON’T BUY HERE! Ordered two pairs of adjustable glasses. Got screen for another 2 more at discount. Passed. Checked order and extra two were there. Called immediately. Had to call again. I did asap and was told too late. Still trying to return all 4 pairs. Rotten product, totally rotten service.

Ordered one aerial got charged for three. Called to complain. Said I’d hear back that day. Never heard. They are a scam!! Do not buy from Shopperoc.

This company is a scam, do not buy from them. I was browsing the Shopperoc website after seeing an advertisement for cleaning tablets, and accidentally submitted an order. I called IMMEDATELY requesting a cancellation. My call was disconnected after being placed on hold for an hour. After several attempts I was able to speak to an actual person who said I would receive a call back within 48 hours. I never did.

I also IMMEDATELY sent an email to the company's support/help email address. I did not receive a response until my THIRD email. Then I was told it was "too late" – the order was dispatched, but I could “return” the shipment (at my expense). The company provided a “tracking” website and number, which were invalid. I emailed requesting a status update and a valid tracking number; and was once again provided with a fraudulent tracking number. I emailed AGAIN and received an automated email response saying the case was “resolved” and the ticket “closed”.

This issue was NEVER resolved by the company.

I see an item on Google search called "finger blood pressure". I decided to look at the new invention! Despite not having a chance to even look at the product, the shopperoc website could sell 4four units plus warranty !!! for $137. As I said, I did not have a second to look at the item. Later I noticed through my Paypal for the charge. After a while, I got a package from them containing 4 very very cheap versions of the Pulse Oximeter which measures blood oxygen level and pulse only. if this is not a scam, what should I name it?

I tried to order a digital HDTV antenna. After having £77.88 taken from my bank account,I then received 2 antennas. Both of which don't work. Feel I have been ripped off.
Do not use this company.
If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Feeling fullish.
