Still havent received my delivery, still says processing since before easter , but they are on the tv again this morning, you havent fulfilled previous orders.

This company are appalling. They are totally inept & I still have not received a refund despite being told I would. Never ever consider buying anything from them. One of their customer service advisors lied & another was rude & obnoxious. I would leave no stars if I could. Do not trust them no matter how good a deal seems it’s just not worth the hassle

I received an incomplete order, items were missing, after raising I then received wrong items from what I originally ordered, raised again now been asked to return wrong items first and they will send correct items, but after 3 days still not received a returns label. I GIVE UP, appalling service, will not be ordering again.

Everything I have bought from Shop on Tv has been excellent quality and always arrives as promised and on time.

Ordered the item on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday, well impressed with the delivery. The cleaning product is great, we've tried cleaning various surfaces and are really happy with the results.

I was very excited by the description of this drone and decided to buy one for me and my son. The item received was extremely low quality and certainly not of the high quality standard described. I was then faced with having to pay myself for the return of the drone. Not good service and also no option to return the item for not the quality expected. You sell yourselves as a quality service - not my experience at all

Very fast delivery

The product was good and as described. Delivered as expected. Priced at an advantageous cost. Ordering was easy.

By sending what has been bought or don't make big claims of next day delivery

Ordered on 4th April, it is now 22nd April, have not received order !!
If I ever receive product , will have to think whether I will keep it or not , very disappointed with service so far.
When ordered, delivery was estimated at 4 to 8 working days . This is mot the case.

Well I was little bit annoyed infact dissapointed as I was told I can't use the products they have to be returned with using them, but if I dont know how they performed and can't use them hoe will I know the product has worked.
it's little bit silly to purchase items and you can't use them, but now I'm assuming they don't work, because I was not allowed to open it to use the. I would like to use my items to see if they work or not, but in my opinion I don't think these probably work as I've been told not to use them.
