Site was easy to use, shipping was slower than expected, prices are good. Will order again but will go instore next time.

I scored by finding an item that had sold out in other stores, in a discontinued color I'd been searching for & is a favorite of my husbands! It arrived on time, at a lower price, exactly as ordered & in perfect condition! Thank you Nomads!!

I Ordered a bike in October 2021 with the expected arrival date in May, but didn’t receive it until October 2022.

I contacted Customer Service to cancel the order, but was told I would loose my $200 deposit,

Customer Service sounds Friendly on the phone But every time i contacted them i got a different story, they basically say whatever it takes to get me to hang up.

After the bike arrived to the store, it took over a month to ship out because it couldn’t be shipped to my home & had to go to a local bike store for assembly, none of this was mentioned at time of purchase.

Don’t think of purchasing anything from Nomads, just go to your local Bike Store.

I searched the internet far and wide for discontinued Volcom shorts, which I love and fit me just right. I finally found a pair in my size via Nomads online store. I ordered them, they arrived fast, and were accompanied by a personal had-written note thanking me for my business. My experience from start to finish has been excellent. Much appreciated. Thank you! To begin with, when my Marrakech pants arrived they were in a beautiful re-usable cloth bag within a compostable mail bag. Fantastic. When I unfolded the pants, I could see immediately that they were amazing quality and they looked and felt beautiful. Unfortunately I had selected a size too big when I ordered, but the customer service is fabulous. I contacted nomads, she put aside my size immediately while she waited for my return bundle. Since then….I love this product so much that I have now also purchased goa pants and two different camisoles. I can’t get out of them. So comfortable! And they look great :) Love Love Love!

Great products that I was super excited to order and pay for….literally 11 days ago, and my small order(4 pair of Stance socks) STILL hasn’t shipped. I was pleased with their customer service calling me back same day, but not pleased that 4 days later it still has t shipped when they informed me they were in the process of packaging my order and that it would be shipping the following day(or day after). I’m not concerned about not getting my order, and I know Canada is essentially shut down….but now going on 11 days since placing order, with no sign of shipping anytime soon…..has me quite frustrated and creating a very unpleasant shopping experience.
