People if you want your items delivered by Christmas order on the 4th of July the logistics of this place is a horrendous I think they are using the red brigade for delivery I paid extra for express wits been over 4 weeks nothing

I waited approximately one month for my order, and when it finally arrived, SpeedX left it unattended in a common area of my apartment building instead of bringing it to my unit. There is a clearly posted sign instructing drivers to deliver all packages directly to residents’ doors, but the driver ignored it. The package was missing when I went to retrieve it.

I paid $49.89 and also purchased shipping protection, yet ShopNoella has not provided a refund or replacement. I have sent several emails requesting help and have received no meaningful response.

Leaving a package unsecured in a publicly accessible area is not a properly completed delivery. I should not be responsible for the carrier’s failure, especially after paying for shipping protection. I have requested either a full refund or an expedited replacement with signature required, but this remains unresolved.

Based on the extremely slow shipping, improper delivery, and lack of customer support, I cannot recommend ShopNoella.

China base takes your money without telling this information. They said five to eight business days domestic oh they forgot to tell you that it needs to get to the domestic shipping before that's an actual fact.
Do not use these scammers they are 100% scammers. Go look at all the other reviews.
Go report them to the FTC if you're in the US!
I would have never ever made the purchase had they not been liars and acted like they were not overseas.
They'll tell you that if your package shows up they're not going to give you your money back and then you have to pay to ship it back to them and then they're still not going to give you your money back they just take your money... I read one person got their package and it was junk and then the rest of them haven't, so it's a scam site run away from the site I'm telling you run please look at this before you even purchase from them.
They took my money almost a month ago I'm almost at a month since I made the payment and nothing is happening with the package oh we don't update our tracking, if you shipped in the US we would have updated tracking, but again being that they're liars and didn't say that they were from China like that should pop up you're buying overseas I would have ran away I would have never ever gave them my money.
They supposedly swapped carriers cuz one of the carriers email me and said that they stopped sending the package but they gave me the same exact tracking number for the other carrier...

I order some shorts a little over a month ago in July. During this time I actually was able to contact customer service to update my address. The address was corrected, however after waiting over month, the shorts never came even though the tracking number said they were delivered. I contacted customer service a few days ago, but they have not responded. Basically got scammed. Do not buy from them. Avoid this store at all costs.

This pretty much sums it up. Shady shady shady!! I did not realize they were a knock off from Noella. I ordered this early in summer little gifty gift for the wifey. She has been without the butt lifting shorts!!
This response was a month ago and it was 3 weeks since the order had been placed. Now we are looking at 7 weeks.
Do not order form them. No updates, no shipping information, no butt lifting shorts.

Untrustworthy and Shady Experience — Buyer Beware

My experience with ShopNoelle.com has been extremely concerning from start to finish.

I paid extra for priority shipping, yet received no meaningful order status or shipping updates. After waiting without any progress, I contacted the company and requested that my order be canceled. I received no response.

Three days later, after getting nowhere with the company, I contacted Affirm to dispute the transaction, which paused the order. Almost immediately after doing so, I suddenly received an email from ShopNoelle asking why I had disputed the purchase. Apparently they were able to respond very quickly once a payment dispute was involved, despite ignoring my previous request to cancel.

They then sent me a link to a separate tracking/order-status website claiming my order was “in process.” The whole thing felt questionable, so I looked up that website on Trustpilot as well and found that it had an abysmal rating, which only added to my concerns.

Based on my experience, the lack of communication, failure to provide updates despite charging extra for priority shipping, ignoring my cancellation request, and then suddenly responding once Affirm became involved are all major red flags.

I would not trust this company with another purchase and would strongly recommend that potential customers do their research before ordering from ShopNoelle.com.
