Wow I wish I’d read these reviews before I made my purchase. I received my blazer on October 17th and was out of town until October 21st. I’m finally getting to looking into returning the jacket because it’s too small. Initially I tried using their website which asks for your order number and email address to start the return process. That didn’t work as I kept getting an error saying they can’t find the order and email combination. I then tried to send an email to request a return authorization form through their website and email form and that isn’t going through. Finally, tried calling right at their open time and the mailbox is full and no one is answering. I’m going to try to contact my credit card to get a refund if I don’t get any contact back from these folks. Has anyone tried that? I thought I was covered because they say on their website returns are allowed but I had no idea it would be this hard. 😡

This company don’t even deserve one star . They are horrible and need to be shut down. I placed my order still have not received my merchandise or refund. You can’t get a hold of costumer service no one answer, can’t leave any message. Am out $400. Disputing my purchase with pay pal. They are...HORRABLE....

I ordered Jackets and send back because of quality.But they didn't pay my refund 260$.I am waiting for months.they ignore my Emails.

I ordered and paid for a jacket. No jacket, no refund. They keep deleting my comments on Instagram and private message reads- hi love what’s your order number. Btw I have sent them the order number by email, Instagram etc. Do not waste your money. Do not order from this Lovexlabels site!

I left a negative comment not because I was looking for a refund (not worth my time and stress) but because the pants I bought looked way too cheap. I bought them for $100, and whilst I never expected them to look lux or anything, I just couldn’t believe how appalling the quality of these pants were. I threw them in the bin straight away and wanted to tell other people how bad these pants looked in real life. Personally I believe that you get what you paid for - with these pants I wouldn’t have bought them for 20 if I saw them in real life. That’s how bad they looked. Left a review only to find they never keep negative comments. I should set up a website to ship 1-2 dollar clothes from China and sell them for 100-200 like these people do but I have morals.

I tried to return a jacket that didn't fit. Love and Labels said their return center was closed due to COVID and "We are extending the policy to honor returns once we are permitted to go back to the office." I waited months. They finally allowed returns and I sent back the jacket only to be told that they were not refunding my money but instead giving me store credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and was ignored. I finally logged into my Love and Labels account only to find that it had been deleted. This fraudulent company not only deceived me by not honoring a refund, they deleted my account and stole my store credit. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) (read their other complaints!). This company should be out of business.

Worse customer service ever encountered. Kassie needs to find another job because she’s clearly in the wrong field.

Bad experience. Purchased two items — mot only did they send me the wrong sizes, but also a DAMAGED product with a huge tear on the seam. Messaged them requesting a refund, received a response that they were “processing“ but NEVER completed the refund. Posted on their Instagram requesting updates multiple times; they would ignore and delete my comments from their page. Four months later — still nothing. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here.

I have made an order on 13 of August, since there has not been a movement of shipment, I have written to customer service and there is no replay from them. They then tell me on Instagram to write a private DM, they claim they will look into it and I have not heard from them since. This is a SCAM company DONT order from here. It is a trap😡

They dropship cheap clothes from China and sell them for sometimes almost 10 times more! The quality is okay if you buy it from Ali express for a small price but they ask $ 105 for a top that costs $17 on Ali express including free shipping.
The customer service is bad and it takes ages to ship. Avoid buying and keep your eyes open for cheaper alternatives.

I have ordered a dress online, it looks like it is stuck in USA at customs (I even paied the xtra coasts for customs) I have written to the company twice and no answer and I am starting to feel it is a very bad service. Not happy shopping at this website. Looks like scam.

Horrible company the size chart is not correct. I return and item awaiting exchange have emailed them several times and no response. Buyer beware the clothes are cheap and they will NOT return your money. The company is a HOT ASS MESS!!

This company is terrible. I bought their plastic pants and they ripped as soon as I put them on. Cheap! I returned the pants and they refused to refund me!! Do not shop here!!!

The worst experience ever. Chinese clothes which smell plastic, purely made, scammers with promo code excuse. They use it as a way not to accept returns.
Stay aware !!!! Don’t let them fool you around.

I ordered 2 items of clothing from here. I mistakenly forgot to put my apartment number and so the post office returned the items back to the store. It’s been a whole month and the company doesn’t want to reimburse me my money back. I don’t have the items and I don’t have my money. They have horrible customer service. I don’t know what todo. Whoever is interested in filing a class action lawsuit a against these scammers please reach out to me.

Scammers. They sell cheap, Chinese-made, subpar clothing at a premium. Customer service refuses refunds if you use a discount code offered to first time customers. So the first time you order a shirt online from this company not knowing anything about what's really coming in the mail, you're expected to shop there again even if what you initially receive is substandard. Who wants a different, lousy shirt from the same company that gave you the previous lousy shirt?

Big scammers, buy nothing there, cheap quality , size chart is a lie and they will not refund you

Recieved items of poor quality, NOTHING like pictures, absolutely terrible fit and they refused to refund items once sent back because I used a 10% discount code that was plastered all over the site, also won't refund if you have free postage & packaging. But looking at the other reviews most people don't even receive their parcels initially. It's a complete scam and please avoid.

I purchased ladies clothes from them , I never receiev the item , they never replied my messages also online chat they have . 100% scam . I opened case in Paypal and I am waiting to get my money back.
Please don't buy anything from them or you will lose your money .

This is a complete scam site! Do NOT BUY! I ordered 2 blazers back in March and now in June I have still not seen my package! Every time I write for information they usually reply back after 1-2 weeks and says they will send it the same week, however this never happens! They even made a dhl tracking number which just stands still.

Horrible experience! Worst company ever!
