I asked prior to ordering on their tik tok what size to order because I’m in between sizes. They advised 7 and it’s too big. I reached out and no answer. I did notice they don’t do exchanges even for sizes. :/ I wish I read that prior, but now I am stuck with a ring that doesn’t fit.

The products are of good quality and looks very gorgeous. My only suggestion is that the shipping could be alittle more faster.

To start out, after purchasing I realized I used the wrong shipping address. I emailed the company’s customer service at probably 9:00pm at night and STILL got a response within an hour. I was shocked! They immediately changed the address for me and I had no hiccups after.

Not to mention… the jewelry is perfect! I got 2 rings. They are beautifully structured and definitely seem durable and high quality. It’s just as pictured and the pink stones are gorgeous.

Very good customer service helped me out when I thought my packaged was lost 10/10 would recommend this jeweler to anyone

Got my order, sizing guide was way off and I was nervous about this but wanted to try and should’ve just gone with my initial disappointment as this is worse.

Slow delivery but good quality product and nice packaging

I ordered a beautiful heart shaped ring, tennis bracelet and a blinged out watch. The order came in a cute pink box and every peace was individually well packed. I thought I was going to be in live with the ring (and I am) but that watch looks LUSH. It looks like I spent a couple thousands on it. Thank you! I am very happy with my order.
