they charged me a full year, and I never got the refund, run away from this app. A class-action lawsuit is already being prepared against them for these abusive practices.

This seems to do a pretty good job…

This seems to do a pretty good job tracking amazon expenses an margins. It takes in to account your PPC cost which is nice. The "todays" sales and costs is not a great representation, but if you look at last moth etc everything is pretty well accounted for.

We really like ShopKeeper

We really like ShopKeeper. We checked out about 6 different bits of software and found ShopKeeper to be the best in our opinion. The user interface is great and it just works.

Excellent

I have tried a lot of AMZ Tools. I think this is the best. It should add only some features about PPC Monitoring (Acos, ad sales, etc...) and Traffic Performance (Impressions, CTR, etc...).

This app is great

This app is great! Easy to use and does exactly what it is supposed to. We have made so much more money because of this app. We have found out where a lot of our money was going and can get rid of bad products that are not performing.

Not great costumer servíce

Bad costumer service. Although we were not trained to use their product or system, they continued withdrawing from business account and because I did not cancelled before December they withdraw over $650.00 For a renewal Even though the machine was never used and will not be used.. last year or next year.. I practically lost my money...They did not refund the money... definitely not recommended... don’t waste your time... no training

Hi Suhail,
old Shopkeeper software for POC was discontinued in 2017, since the owner Mike Nudd retired.
We are a different company, who acquired the domain name only, and are offering services for Amazon sellers.
I understand that they don't provide support anymore, as the old company has been dissolved. You may want to update your systems to use modern POC providers, like Square.

It's become a staple of my home office.

I like to leave Shop Keeper open on my desktop screen all day so I can see my sales at a glance. It's also great for quick P&L reports to check profitability without the bother of opening QuickBooks and updating all your figures.

Excellent app

Excellent app, very clean interface and easy to understand and get an overall view. All the details are there, the charges, the PPC data - I like that it calculates profit after taking all charges into consideration, instead of only revenue. Helps to now how much the business is actually making. Definitely recommend!

I have tried at least 6 different…

I have tried at least 6 different financial tools for Amazon and hands down Shopkeeper is the best. It is simple yet not simplistic. It focuses on the right stuff "Profit reporting". It breaks down the Amazon fee structure simply and allows you to manage inventory planning with ease. The best thing about it is you don't get overloaded with useless information that doesn't help you move the needle. Well done.
