I had a warranty issue in my garden hose, and Evelyn Cebe was able to provide assistance very professionally and politely. I no longer had the warranty card, only had the proof of purchase and she was still able to take care of my issue with a replacement,despite not having everything that was needed. The tools are decent but the batteries…
The tools are decent but the batteries fail the test. My 24 volt battery, while it appears to take a full charge, does not deliver. I used the battery on the snow shovel which due to the frequency of snow, I only used a few times. When I contacted the company for a replacement the warranty had run out. The battery is expensive and I will not risk investing in another one.

Excellent customer service
I had a really great experience with Sun Joe that they were able to resolve my issue. I had an issue with a broken tab when I received my initial detacher. As there was no stock available at that time, I was asked to wait. But once the stock came back up, I was shipped with a brand new Detacher.

The CSR for the warranty issue was fantastic. My issue is the hose product itself. I bought 4 garden hoses, 2-25ft, 2-50 ft.. The 2-25's failed within 3 weeks of buying them. I'm just waiting for the replacements to fail as well.
