Needed a hose for my Shark cleaner only place I saw one was.Shop Jimmy but they were out of stock Did offer to contact me when it was in. I agreed, Got an email, ordered the hose, shipping was reasonable. Arrived quickly. Part was perfect. Thanks

I ordered a replacement timer for my dryer, shopjimmy sent me a defective part. It took me about a year to save up to have a repairman come fix it. He took the timer apart and showed me that it was fried. I would not have ever thought it was the part or to even take it apart. I emailed ShopJimmy and they said I had waited too long and there was nothing they could do. I get being outside of the return window but they sent me a broken part from the beginning and claim no responsibility or concern for their customers. Do not waste your time or money here. They don’t seem to care.

Dryer board shipped promptly and worked.

Ordered a replacement control board for my mother's Kenmore washer wash cycle dial. Part was $75.00 and with the shipping came to about $112.00. I live in Canada so the shipping was a little more expensive which is not the fault of ShopJimmy. The part took a week and a half longer to arrive than quoted and it was held up at the border by a broker which costed an additional $42.00. I would have been more economical to spend the extra $100.00 towards a new part. If you are a Canadian resident I would recommend you find a Canadian source which I hard difficult to find. You will pay more for the part but it will be a new part. I knew the part was a recycled one when I ordered it but the savings were not worth it. ShopJimmy service was good.

Don't shop Jimmy's. They are absolutely horrible. I ordered the wrong part and I paid $28.95. They only refunded me $11.59. That same part on Amazon only costs $23.99. They are terrible about giving me a refund. I will NEVER purchase from them again!!! BEWARE!!! Look on Amazon first!!!

Bought a used control board for a Samsung fridge on eBay. It arrived in a plastic bag wrapped in paper and one corner was broken. Customer was desperate to get their fridge fixed. I stumbled across ShopJimmy looking for another board and after some initial confusion caused by Google's sponsored results for a different board I was able to get the board delivered 18 hours later from 2,000 miles away. Total price was about $85, $49 for the board plus tax, and $32 for next day air. It fixed the fridge and I got paid. No complaints here. ShopJimmy is my go-to until they prove otherwise.

Electric range switch. Was in stock. I received it in a timely manner. Part was an exact match to my old one.

They sent me the wrong board and would not exchange for the correct one.

Sent me the wrong part for my washer, control board. I sent it back with my broken control so they could match it up with a note explaining everything. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN never got my broken control board back

Had a unit delivered broken and obviously used. When requesting a swap for a good part I was treated to some of the worst customer service ive ever had. You may get what you want but the company is terrible to do business with. Id be careful spending alot of money on this site.

They advertise, part is working 100%. Yeah, right. Sent me damaged product. I say, it's not working. — It was working when we sent you, they answer. Very stinky practices. And it was expensive too.

I was shopping for parts for my business and I saw them come up and their prices were quite good I was under the impression that they remanufactured parts but I literally had nothing but problems from them seeing how all they do is resell untested crap for money. I literally got a message from one of them that said we don't test the parts we sell. What a huge disappointment. They do offer return shipping and a refund but it's just a great big hassle and not worth doing business with them because you don't know what you're going to get.

Only shop that had discontinued part for a Kenmore / LG front load washer. The pricing was on par with used parts on eBay. Product was shipped within one business day and I received it 3 days later via UPS. Part seems to work fine.

This company is selling USED PARTS NOT NEW, I paid full retail price and overnight shipping the part came in used damaged and three days late, there is zero ability to contact this FAKE COMPANY as the email address is not valid, the phone number on the shipping package just disconnect, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE RIP OFF COMPANY

The company sent the wrong part three times. They insist they are sending a compatible part even after I sent them information and evidence that they weren't. You get bounced around to different people at the "help" desk. One seemed to want to help at first, but eventually succumbed to the apathy, indifference, and ignorance of their co-workers. Save your time and money and don't shop jimmy.

I saw the negative reviews AFTER placing my order and was a bit worried. I purchased a replacement electornics PCB for my Samsung washer late Tuesday night and paid for overnight shipping (ship Wed and arrive Thurs). It is Thursday - the part arrived on time and was the correct part. My washer (and marriage) are back to normal. I would purchase from ShopJimmy again in the future. I am not a paid actor nor am I an employee or affiliated with ShopJimmy; just a satisfied customer.

My advice: Do not buy from ShopJimmy. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time. I hope others don’t make the same mistake I did.

• I never received an order confirmation after placing my order.
• When I wrote to ask, I was only given a tracking number.
• After several days, I checked and saw the package was either returned or delivered to someone else.
• I reached out again for help, but instead of an apology or explanation, they simply asked for my original shipping address, information they already had.
• For three days I kept writing and waiting for a response. I was completely ignored.

In the end, I had no choice but to open a PayPal claim to get my money back.

A shipping error can happen to any company, but refusing to respond to emails or provide real assistance shows that ShopJimmy has very poor service policies and no respect for their customers.

I had trusted them to be a serious and reliable business, but they clearly are not.

I ordered a control panel for my refrigerator. What I received was completely dead. I reached out to them for customer service, we’ll see what happens…

I ordered a control board for my drier. It came within two business days as promised. Now my matched washer drier set is working again. Jimmy rocks!!

Scam.. I ordered for a 75 inch smart board. At first they sent me a part for 55 inch . Then they sent me another one to replace it. A 65 inch this time.
Now im just hoping I can get my money back.
