Horrible Customer Service
Horrible, terrible customer service. We signed up for a free trial. Asked to cancel within the 7 days and now they are changing the policy and claiming we can't. We are VERY careful in general, read everything closely and truly want to work with great people. We didn't like the service, decided to cancel and now they are being horrible to us. Don't trust them, they are terrible people.
Please share with us where it says anything along those lines on your site? Here is what I see:

Love that you include no questions asked but clearly have a lot of questions about why someone is cancelling hahahahaha what a joke. And Jesus! Come on, that's just good stuff. Disaster.

Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund if you have two actives or completed orders, it's why we offer a free plan to anyone who wants to try our services before they buy. We understand your frustration, but two active orders mean the service is fit for you, and we have to follow our rules, even it's hurt.
