Horrible shopping experience with the codes, their expiration, and new codes. I used a code, it went through. I thought everything was fine, paid, etc. Then they come back and charge me another $4. What company does that?!? I will never shop from this store again and will warn others of its scam.

This was my first time ordering from this family owned company. My Tee’s arrived with in a couple weeks. I did reach out to the company due to the time it was taking and was told they were very busy with overwhelming orders. (Which I’m happy for them to be dealing with!)
Just being my first order I wanted to make sure everything was good. I did received a quick response from customer service and the Tee’s arrived in a few days from the response. I received great updates on the shipment as well. The Tee’s were quality and looked so beautiful . I did wash and dryer dried and they may have shrunk a tiny bit but overall still a great fit for me. I’m very pleased and will purchase again from this company.

I left a 1 star review earlier when after 10 days after placing my order there was no tracking info. After my first review they did a great job getting my package tracking number up to date, and kept Mr informed on it whereabouts. If you have a problem with this company just get in touch with them and they would do everything they can to make it right I'm very satisfied with the company now

I've always liked your shirts however this last order of 3 t shirts I'm not very pleased with, they're thinner and the colors on the pink and yellow ones aren't as defined of seen kind of muted, will use them as with shirts I guess

First the company sent an email to confirm that I had received my order. When I responded that I had not. I received an almost immediate response and that a customer service representative would contact me. Valerie was the representative who responded very quickly and set to remedy the situation. The customer service of this company is the absolute best I have ever experienced. I look forward to doing more business with this company and will recommend to my family and friends.

The Cotton Candy shirt I received is very faded and nearly blank-looking compared to the example on your website. If I had known it would look so different from the picture I would not have ordered it. It's too faded and worn looking to wear as I had intended.

The shirts are very nice and arrived pretty quickly. The purple tie dye is a little small but the color is great! Fabric is a little thick. I really like the pink with heart Bella Canvas shirt. 👚

After returning an order this company set me up with a membership program and charged my cc company. I did not sign up for this and knew nothing about it. Called to straighten this up and they said they would refund cc company. A week later they still havent done it!!!! Beware they will sneak this charge through!!!!!!

I had an issue with my payment not going through and the site telling me I was using the wrong CVV code for both my debit and credit cards, so I emailed freespirited right away. They replied in a very timely fashion! They assured me that both of my payments went through! I ordered a new debit card so I can continue to shop with freespirited. Their sizing of the t-shirts are true to fit for the size I ordered previously. I absolutely love their merchandise and I am extremely pleased with their prompt response!!
