This year I've made several purchases of magnificent tie-dyed shirts - tees, long sleeve t-shirts, and a button down long sleeve shirt. Along the way I made a Mr Magoo-like error: signing up for a subscription option that includes their products, news about new designs and the like. I discovered my mistake looking on May at my April expenses. I feared I'd be lost on customer support mountain, requiring multiple emails or worse. Long story short - a gent named Marc, repping Free Spirit Customer Support, solved my problem within hours of hitting send. No bureaucracy. No delay. No long wait to unwind my subscription or to remove the charge on my card. Still happy with my clothes. All good l.

When it was found out one of my items wasn't available, I was contacted quickly and am alternative was figured out with very little difficulties. I really appreciate the speed and professionalism and I will definitely be sending more business your way. Thank you so much!

Terrific product - quality cotton tees that don't shrink when you wash them. Very reasonable pricing and prompt delivery. So pleased to have a found a family owned business that operates in the U.S. Customer service has been terrific with prompt response and personal attention. Very pleased with this company.

when the shirt I ordered ran out of stock -- they did a GREAT job communicating and providing options. Refund or wait.. and even threw in a bonus for the added wait time

I got my shirts and one was ripped. To add further insult, I was automatically enrolled into some bogus monthly program at $25 per month. I didn't realize this until my card was charged. I wouldn't have agreed to this. I just wanted a cute tie-dyed shirt, NOT a monthly enrollment. I was going to let the one damaged shirt go since it wasn't that expensive but the monthly fee scam is not ok. I dug through my email and found the information amongst a bunch of other emails from them, tried to use the info to cancel this involuntary membership and the login information they provided did not work.

When I I contacted customer service, expectations were low based on other online customer support from other retailers. Valerie answered my email promptly, with friendly efficiency. Options in resolution were offered & explained and my situation was concluded in the best possible way.

I reached out to customer service and had a response within just a few minutes. They politely addressed my question and got me taken care of. Thank you!

Something went very wrong with my original order. Be that as it may, the effort to fix the trouble was quick on the business' part and that's to be applauded.

Was so impressed with the quality of all three shirts that I ordered. They all fit true to size and were made of high quality fabric with bright vivid colors. I have washed and dried them all and no shrinkage. Very reasonably priced and appreciated the free shipping. Highly recommend this product!

I ordered 4 shirts,then after awhile I did not get an email with shipping and tracking information. So I wrote you to see if it had been shipped yet and they said no because one of my shirts were out of stock and it would take 3 or 4 weeks to get back in stock.No one got in touch with me about that, so I asked if I didn't get in touch with you to ask if my order was shipped would you of told me about the shirt being out of stock.Besides that the shirts on some of the stitching was not done right, and I ordered 2 shirts in the same size 1 did not fit as well as the other shirt which was the same size.But the tie-dye look was very nice on all 4 shirts.Your shop did go ahead and let me choose another shirt that was in stock and made it right.

My Support experience with Angie was outstanding. I have purchased many shirts on the last few months for myself and family and given them as gifts. Their service is flawless and the few times I have needed support. It has been the same.

Originally I would have given a 5☆ review because of quick shipping and excellent quality of the tee shirts. However, a month later, I was charged a $26 fee for a membership I knew nothing about. I am in the process now of canceling it and being reimbursed. My bank is aware of it and will assist if it doesn't get resolved.

I can't wait to receive the t shirt that i ordered. Its taking longer than what I expected but with a very quick response from support (Marc), it helped to ease my concern about the status of my order. Looking forward to wearing my new pretty blue t!
