I still bought it and it arrived completely beat up, ripped dirty thin envelope. I also don't like that they're making extra profit from shipping charges. Who does that?? Know for a fact it didn't cost them that much to ship that thin envelope. Do better Disney!!

I ordered a Mickey mouse holiday plaid plush on November 14, on the 17th got a label was created. After that crickets from them. I called 5 times over the last week and was on hold for more then 45 minutes. Finally got someone and they said it must be lost but there is no more stock. Best they could do was refund me. Now a present for my daughter will not be coming. Does no one monitor there shipping. I have spent at least $200K with 11 park visits, movies, toys, apparel, and Disney+. Every time I order online there is one issue or another.

I too am very disappointed with customer service. In the last 4 months I’ve had issues with my orders. First issue was they sent me an order that wasn’t mine. Than I had to return it and wait an extended period of time for them to send me the items I did order and then one of the items was then out of stock. Second issue was the most recent order I placed was done because I wanted to get the free Lego… and some Christmas merch. I received my order with an item I didn’t order and no Lego. When I contacted them they said sorry and would look into and gave me $5 off. I messaged again to check up and then they said the Lego was no longer available. Although I clearly it’s still being advertised. I know it’s not the end of the world but I don’t like that they are the ones that mess things up and don’t take accountability and don’t resolve the problem. I’ve been a passholder for years, and a consistent shopper! I expect more from a company that makes so much money. They can do better. ☹️

As a frequent customer and a yearly visitor to WDW in Florida as well as a DVC member I would think they would have better customer service in response to the Pixie offer that was inadvertently not applied to my order. I would Highly advise AGAINST ordering anything from this site. If you are able to get ahold of anyone you will see how non existant customer service is. Ordered a $50 "Stitch" plush for a 5yr olds birthday. Ordered on Tuesday paid with Paypal paid for 2nd day shipping. Order sat pending, email on Wednesday, never got a answer. Order ANOTHER now on Friday, paid for Next day shipping. Item arrives Monday (missed the party on Saturday) in nothing but a bag that is torn, has tire marks and stains on it. Call customer service....message says "over 50 min wait"!!! Get on chat and explain the issue, "Darling" joins chat and tells me i need to mail this mangled lump of fuzz back BEFORE she will mail me a replacement. DONT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS. $50 + 25 shipping for a stuffed animal and you cant even package this thing in a box?
Disney Store Prices Too Inflated and Poor Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with the Disney Store. I selected Canada as my payment method and assumed I was shopping in Canadian funds. To my shock, my VISA statement showed I paid about $70 more than expected. I immediately called customer service and was reassured by a representative that I would receive a refund within 3–5 business days. I even confirmed this multiple times during the call. Days passed with no refund, so I called again—only to be told by another representative that there was no refund, and that prices are only charged in USD, regardless of the Canadian option I selected.
I felt misled and frustrated. I paid nearly $200 CAD for just three small items: a Cinderella doll, a personalized towel, and a plastic beach bag. These items were absolutely not worth the cost, and I was embarrassed giving them as a gift to a dear friend’s child. I will not shop at the Disney Store again. Their prices are inflated, their website is misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful and inconsistent. I strongly do not recommend shopping here.

After 8 weeks since I sent an item back, and they said they had refunded me, but they had not. They kept saying PayPal were holding the money, which I knew they were not as I called PayPal and asked. Disney send me this

So now after saying PayPal are holding the money they are now saying there was a technical issue, and not trying to explain what it was or why they said PayPal are holding the refund. And now they say it will take up to 5-7 days which will be over that as two bank holidays coming up. I don’t believe they will refund me and will come up with another excuse soon.
Disney are very unhelpful, and will not try and help you at all. They really don’t care about you as a customer.
I even wrote them a recorded delivery letter which they have signed for, but have totally ignored, it as they have all the phone calls I made.
I have called them over 30 times regarding this matter and asked for a call back, every day since. Asked them not to email, and all the staff said I assure you some one will call you back within three working days. Still no one has called back after 6 weeks.
Do not trust Disney and beware if you buy anything you don’t like, as they won’t refund you, they will just fob you off with excuse after excuse. More lies from them
Bad customer service on Disney’s part
I am going on a Disney cruise so I thought it would be safe and wise to purchase Disney Visa gift cards. I went to the Disney store purchased a set of cards got that set second set ordered another set. That second set never came called for 32 days straight emailed called. Nobody would talk to me. Everybody lied to me. Everybody kept pushing me over to somebody else or a different direction. I’ve been told three times it’s gonna take 3 to 5 days Business days, which means my autistic daughter that was getting to go on the first Disney cruise that she ever had is now going without extra spending money because Disney store are thieves and they don’t care about their customers and even when I told them the story and asked them to please get my money back. I got nothing but well we have to do this. We have to do that so in the meanwhile, my cruise will come and I’ll never see that money. I’m going to have to file a claim with the bank so good luck don’t buy anything from them. You’ll end up as sorry as I am that you spent your money with them it is not a good company. It does not have good customer service. It does not have knowledgeable employees nor do they even have the respect honor what their return policy is
Disney Store aren’t very Disney, borderline scam approved by Disney
Global-e run the Disney Store in the UK. They are a shame upon the brand who should seriously consider the licensing. I purchased an item for £150 and then reconsidered.
I requested a refund. I was told I had to wait 3 working days for approval for my return. This is in fact illegal.
4 days later the system still wouldn’t let me file a return so I got in touch again. Was told again to wait 3 days. At some point in the next few days I raised a case with Resolver and my return was authorised and picked up.
A week after it was returned and was showing on their system as received their end I requested my refund, was told to wait 14 days. Again, ridiculous in this day and age, but fine.
I waited 14 days, so refund. I got in touch, was told again to wait 3 days for a response from head office. On day 16 I contacted PayPal and raised a case with them, by the next morning the money was in my account.
Between multiple breaching of distance selling rules and trading law, terrible terms and conditions, breaches of their own terms and conditions, a lack of escalation opportunities meaning the only option was to use 3rd party support, I would be very careful with purchasing from this company, unless you are satisfied that you’ll have almost no recourse should your item have any issues and they will hold onto your money for weeks. I have wasted hours on chat and been £150 short at Christmas, I’m yet to decide if I raise with with trading standards, I’m not sure I have the stamina.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, belittling attitude. Provided repetitive stock responses that did not address my questions. My package was lost by courier. There don’t appear to be any detective controls to identify this on their end, as over a week after the parcel was last scanned, and past expected delivery date, I had to chase the courier and then Disney store, acting as communication between the two. Eleven emails from me in total, items were out of stock and could not be replaced, no compensation offered except for free delivery code, when free delivery was available to all customers anyway. Will not be using free delivery in any case as will not be making any further orders from this company.
EDIT to add I am now awaiting on the forth delivery date provided from Disney, the first 3 having passed with no delivery at all. I needed the parcel for today and ordered weeks in advance but they still couldn’t arrange a replacement. Misleading communication and zero accountability from start to finish.

Customer service is non existent. Multiple times I have had to contact customer service and they are truly never helpful. First I purchased an item and it came damaged. But there were no more in stock so I had to beg them to give me something. Finally they give me free shipping. Then I beg for something more they give me $10 off. Fast forward now I am trying to use those coupons. But wait they can’t be stacked (even though that was never told to me nor in the coupon exclusions). I try to talked to customer service about it. The woman is extremely unhelpful and then just LEAVES the chat!!!! I get a new representative and have to start all the way over. She will was no help. Ridiculous.

Envían mi pedido a una dirección incompleta y lo devuelven a almacén. Intento que lo vuelvan a enviar y me dice que eso no es posible, que lo envían a unos almacenes y que es imposible volver a enviar el mismo paquete. Live in Hawaii.. no Disney store here. Ordered $600 worth of clothing.. need to return because the smallest sizes are too big and I have to pay for return shipping! Awful, damaged product, poorly packed, poor experience
Awful, I ordered some of the latest Haunted Mansion ceramic collectables, cake stand, plate set and serving bowls, costing GBP91.50.
Their courier, Evri, tried to delivery today but as the courier was about to give me the box, I could hear the collectables easily rattling inside with damage to a corner of the box. It was as if Disney had packed them with absolutely no care or packaging of them.
I had ordered the cake stand 2 years ago and the top was detached from the gargoyle and could not replace it then as it was by then sold out. So when it became available again, I ordered it.
So I refused the package and spoke to Disney today and they said they will refund once they have the package returned to them. They could not issue a replacement.
So placed a new order and also emailed them to tell them to ensure this order is packed really well as I do not order and buy new product for it to arrive damaged.
Just such a disappointing experience. You would think Disney would provide a far better customer experience.

Las tallas no se corresponden con lo que pone en la web. Pedí una sudadera talla M y me trajeron lo equivalente a 2XL. Mando fotografía con las medidas después de llamar a atención al cliente esperando que me den una solución y me contestan que "es que las medidas son orientativas" 3 tallas más? Orientativas? perdón? Que pongan bien las tallas en la web eso para empezar, luego m sueltan que lo sienten y que recuerde que tengo un 20% de descuento si m gasto 70€ en otra compra. El 20% me lo tendrían que haber hecho por las molestias ocasionadas y sin tener que tener ningún mínimo de compra, además tienes que ir tú a Correos porque no viene nadie a buscar las prendas al hacer la devolución. Vergonzoso. No volveré a comprar nada nunca más.

He tenido con ellos un problema porque Correos no da servicio por la tarde, y he tenido que molestar a una vecina porque tienen mi mismo horario de trabajo.Les propuse llevarlo a la de Cibeles que abren por la tarde y nada.Que blme diese una autorización y mi copia del dni a alguien, nadie tiene que tener mi fotocopia del dni, o que me lo volvian a mandar a casa pagando cinco y pico euros, un vergüenza.
Y ahora me han devuelto un articulo desde Correos sin cumplir el tiempo en correos y sin mandatme mail informándome que estaba en Correos.Porque de hecho, fui a recoger un articulo de Vinted y me dijeron que habia un paquete más, no dos.
El conserje ya me ha dicho que es mentira que se intentó entregar una vez y ahora me dicen desde Disney que no se intento entregar una vez, sino dos.
Mienten más que hablan.
