Shopcharmingrose Let's find out who they really are
Let's find out who they are. I have several government entities looking into where they are really located. They took $255 from me cash. I'm disabled and paypal won't give my money back. Paypal is not the same company. There is proof that I haven't received the merchandise but paypal sided with this company.

I wish I could give this company
negative 10 stars. I ordered a top and the site says ships in 24-48 hours. After a week I contacted them since my order still said processing. They offered me 25% back if I didn't cancel. I said no I wanted a refund. After 2 more emails and no refund, I contacted PayPal and they refunded my money. Do not order from this scam site.

Charming Rose Boutique is a SCAM
I ordered a beautiful top from Charming Rose Boutique three weeks ago and still haven't received my item. I saw this site on my Facebook feed and ordered without checking into this site first. I can see from the other reviews that I most likely will not be receiving my item from this website. They took my $53.00 and I got nothing in return except lesson learned. Do not fall for it like I did.

If I could give this negative ratings I would! Horrible site such a scam. I placed an order and never received shipping information even though it’s been 2 months. I’ve emailed and send messages multiple times and no one has gotten back. I will be pursuing legal action and contacting my bank. Would not recommend at all.
