If you buy anything from these people they sign you up for a “free” membership which they then charge you dearly for every month. I bought 2 (low quality!) anti theft phone lanyards for $19 (Pretty ironic as they were the ones doing the stealing!) It never arrived until 2 months later, after I had got the bank to refund that and the other $32 they charged me. Apparently they had tried several times to charge me $45 but couldn’t on my debit card as I didn’t have the money in the account. Had to cancel my card. After that got emails from them saying order again and we’ll give you 20% discount! No thanks, not falling for that again! And I’ll never trust ads on Facebook again.

I bought a razor for about $10. Contrary to the advertisement, it is a very bad product. They also charged me $49 for free shipping when I didn't want it. I asked them to give it back. They said okay. But they won't pay. Shop at Mars is an international scammer.

They sign you up for "Membership"silently and try to charge you monthly. I was told membership cancelled but then payment still taken. Highly sharp practice or a scam.

I did buy a lanyard for my phone last month for $12, then discovered they tried to add a charge to my Amex card for $50. Amex caught ‘em. 😡

I also got done by these criminals. Bought 1 item and was unwillingly signed up to their "membership". Have cancelled it 3 times and they are still trying to charge my card.

I ordered a simple kitchen appliance from this lot back in March. It never arrived. Since then they have taken two other amounts from my account, not so large as you'd notice. When my bank contacted me they told me ShopatMars (based in Miami) had signed me up without my knowing for a subscription. The bank has now blocked them. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a 9.99 shaver from them and they are trying to charge me 49.99 for shipping charges. They did not notify me of shipping charges.

Worst company in the world, professional scammers. Lesson learned after buying a shaver, they tried to charge my credit card several times with no authorization. Why would I have to rate them even one star if they stole my money. These people should be arrested. I asked them to refund me back and they are still trying until present to charge my bank card!!!

Don't buy from them!! Garbage, made I'm China and your lucky if you recieve what you order. I got mine over a month later. Highly disappointed

The item I paid for has never been delivered.
Then they took $74 but I had not ordered anything?
My bank got it back.

This 'company' could stop pretending to be a company. 'Bought' 2 bathroom containers and was charged. They later tried to charge again only twice as much. My Bank stopped the payment and closed that Debit Card. Had to wait for a new Debit card. THIS IS A SCAM. Don't go there!

Lesson learned! I should have read the reviews on the company and its products first. Bought three TOTALLY useless items from Mars, one worse than the other and ABSOLUTELY nothing like to the glowing description of what I was hoping to receive. Not worthy of even one star. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM! It took 2 months to receive my item and arrived it was broken. This item was ordered with the option of NOT becoming a Shop at Mars member. I chose NOT to join and yet for two consecutive months have been charged $49.00 USD each month for a "membership fee" on my credit card! I have contacted my credit card company and made them aware.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this company before I ordered anything. I have had the same experience like the other reviews listed. I made an order on 5/27/24 and today is 7/12/24 and I still have not received my product. They have tried to charge my card 2 more times since then for bogus purchases which I did not authorize. Like the reviews before me, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!

I placed my order on May 12th. It arrived on July, 12th. !!! 2 months is too long, at least I got it.
A few days after my purchase my Amex notified that there was an attempt to use my credit card - it was declined but they recommended that I cancel my card (and I did). Not sure that they are at fault but the coincidence is odd.

1st thing, why am I forced to give even 1 star (which it doesn't earn) - it's like giving a rating to someone who burgled your house, gets caught and you have to give a rating?? Ridiculous. If you buy from this company you'd be better to just throw your money in the rubbish bin at least that way you wouldn't get the aggravation of hope and auto reply emails basically telling you in no uncertain terms to FU$$ OFF!

J'ai fais un achat chez Shop at mars au mois d'avril de 54,89 et maintenant ils tentent de me facturer depuis le mois de mai, juin, et juillet j'ai dû annuler ma carte visa pour changer les numéros de la nouvelle carte pour que Shop at mars cesse de me facturer chaque mois cette compagnie fraudes les gens et ne respectent pas les droits des clients qui achètent chez eux ils sont installés à fort lauderdal alors ils nous es impossible de faire quoi que ce soit contre eux.

They keep trying to charge my acct $39 without me ordering anything... Thank God I keep my card locked... I just got a new card... To stop that nonsense
