Went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.
I was on a very tight timescale and Gaz did a great job with bespoke designs delivered on ahead of schedule.

I reached out to enquire about a small order. They were great fitted it and came last week! Really happy with the service received and would definitely use again! Thank you so much for squeezing my order in really appreciated it

Managed to fit my order in even though they were busy, sent details of product to confirm I was satisfied and was made and sent quickly

i am unable to comment on the quality of their goods as they fail te respond to any communication. I’ve emailed 4 times and filled in the online contact form over a 5 week period. I’d have more luck contacting Maddie McCan tbh!

Terrible. Made an order on 5th December, it’s the 18th today and no sign of delivery, I’ve phoned multiple times, left voicemails, emailed with no response. Was a Christmas gift. Will be raising with bank for refund as I believe item hasn’t been sent and company is non contactable. Awful service

stickers were not fit for purpose, have emailed and called to try and resolve but cannot get any response.
Returned stickers as per guidance

Online contact us form also doesn't seem to be monitored. Have now raised the dispute with my bank

message en réponse de zen graphics à mon commentaire. Je lui ai répondu via l'application trustpilot et donné mon adresse mail pour avoir le suivi comme demandé. Aucun retour. J'ai reçu un mail du service de livraison Royal Mail, je me réjouis de voir le résultat de ma commande et j'espère qu'elle sera mieux que le service. Il n'y aura plus jamais de commande de ma part.

hello,I have no return of my order for which Imade a payment, - have no return to my tracking request. I assume I will not receive my order, I find this dishonest,I request a full refund of my payment immediately.

Ordered decals for my transit custom, wrong size, zen graphics not interested cost me a£120, stay well clear, customer service non existent, there loss 75 vehicles to rebrand, dont touch this company with a barge poll

Ordered a pair of decals to replace the damaged ones on my Honda Blackbird. Ordered on the basis they would be OEM size as advertised. Arrived quickly but not OEM size. Over the past few days I have sent polite messages via website and e-mail (with a photo comparing to original) but no response. Tried website chatbot which is hopeless and when phoning it just rings and eventually cuts off. Absolutely non existent customer service. Understand that mistakes may happen, but when they do a business should at least have working processes in place and engage with the client to attempt to resolve the issue.

I placed an order on Zen Graphics’ official website (shop.zengraphics.co.uk) on 31 of July for a set of tank emblems. I received the payment receipt, but no order confirmation and no shipping details followed.

I contacted them through the website’s chat box with no real and even AI answer. After several messages, I was told I would receive an email (probably by an autoreply), but nothing has arrived since.

There is no phone number available, and the lack of communication is concerning. At this point, I have more hope in tracking a UFO than in getting an order update.

I expect a clear reply as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I’ll proceed with a chargeback request through my bank.

LE: The most unprofessional way to solve a problem. Instead of making and deliver the decals, they decided to send the money back. I don’t recommend this business to anyone.

Ordered Cayman R decals and centre stripe, arrived quickly. Easy to apply, and perfect fit. And when i got it wrong with a couple of bits they sent me out replacements free of charge !!
Have suggested this product across multiple forums and FB groups as the car looks amazing

Well unfortunately I have no choice but to leave this review.
I recently made an order for a set of Subaru ok stickers.
After making the purchase , I sent an email to ask if they can swap my sticker choice for the Subaru ok JDM blue stickers.

I Did not receive any response from the seller,so I assumed they would have done the request and swapped the stickers.

Stickers arrived but were the wrong ones,so to the amazement they obviously went ahead and proceeded my order and posted them out with the seller fully knowing that I sent a email prior to them dispatching the order.

To this day I have still not received an email from the seller .
I have sent a follow up email the day the stickers arrived ,again to ask if I could send them back and swap them for the Subaru ok blue JDM stickers.

The Seller clearly can’t be asked to deal with its customer’s request or at the very least give the time to reply with an email.

These guys are great my order came so fast and the sticker is great quality I will 100% be buying from them again and would highly recommend them if you’re looking for stickers for your car or van !

I ordered some VW window year specific stickers. - They arrived within a week - Great!
However when I tried to install them, I couldn't remove them from the backing paper, they must have been old stock or printed on some vinyl that was past it's best.
I've emailed twice, tried to contact (their phone voicemail goes to a mailbox that is full!) and can't get hold of anyone!
Be great if someone could get in touch to rectify this!

@DAN I'm well aware the adhesive is on the front of the sticker - it won't release from the backing/fronting - Please can you reply to the email I sent / the pictures I shared of what the problem is?

Updated - Thanks to Dan for posting me out some replacement window stickers which are perfect.
Need to improve their communication methods - reply to emails or allow customers to contact them via phone and leave messages.

The graphics don’t actually fit without cutting them where as I thought it would be a straight fit could be partially down to my lack of experience but I think that should be stated delivery time was spot on though
