Absolute false advertising about getting items before Christmas. The customer service cant even justify the lies. Shirt scheduled to arrive a week late. UPDATE - the shirt never came. I went back to Customer Service and got someone who said they dropped the ball and would expedite another one. This after four chats with customer service.

I ordered a legacy belt they told me that it was supposed to arrive on a certain date never showed then I had to deal with their stupid computer trying to get to a human they gave me another date still never showed so I called back same bullshit but this time the lady told me how sorry she was it’s lost and they now don’t have any in stock so they have to give me the money back what a nightmare

A friend of mine ordered a replica of the Tiffany Stratton MITB briefcase on 10/18/24 which arrived in Baton Rouge on 11/24/24. Departed from Baton Rouge heading to Idaho on 11/27/24. Which my friend and I both live in LA within a couple hours from Baton Rouge. When he contacted CS they told him that it was a special event item so shipping will be longer. Which I find is BS because 1) it is NOT posted in the specifications about the delivery 2) it was within hours from my friend’s location. He’s called multiple times and received multiple different stories. Even at one point CS told him they can’t do anything to help him because it was outside if the delivery window. But they sure as hell had no problems taking his money and NEVER once offered any type of discount or refund. As of 12/4/24, he STILL has not received his belt that cost over $100.

With that being said…..DO NOT and I repeat…..DO NOT order ANY so called “SPECIAL EVENT” item with them unless you are willing to wait months upon months for its arrival.

If you ever have to contact about an order placed that you’re having issues with….dont believe their lies. If you want anything to happen (moving in shipping) you may have to threaten them.

I guarantee if my son wants something off WWE shop that I may be able to find something similar somewhere else I damn skippity will be ordering it somewhere else. Screw WWE SHOP!!!!

Versand ging zwar schnell aber die Qualität ist sowas von unangenehm für den Preis und die Ärmellosen tank tops sind so schlecht geschnitten und gehen fast bis zum bauchnabel anstatt nur bis zu den achseln. Also wenn sie ein Bild sehen mit einem tank überlegen sie es sich gut das Bild weicht sehr ab vom Original

Do not buy from the shop they said they tried to deliver my package three times I never received it then they only gave me a partial refund.

Quality of clothing items are well beyond poor. Do not waste your money! Our t-shirts were almost $40 per shirt. The shirt quality is less than $5, could be sold at a dollar tree (yes, it's that bad). They(WWE) have to know, because the return policy sucks (pay $10 bucks to get your money back or get your refund on an e-gift card. You also do not have an option to leave reviews on the WWE shop website. They suck, merch is garbage. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Die Produkte kommen aus England. Werden relativ schnell geliefert. Das ist alles an positiven. Rückerstattungen für Artikel dauern eine halbe Ewigkeit. Beträge stimmen überhaupt nicht überein. Kundenservice gefühlt nur aus Google Übersetzer. Nie wieder wwe Shop.

Die Ware war wie beschrieben.
Lieferzeit nur 1 Woche , außerdem wurde ich immer über den Status der Bestellung auf dem laufenden gehalten !
Alles war also top.

After reading other reviews I feel rather fortunate but I was disappointed as on the item we ordered there was a line of adhesive on the top of the t shirt that had obviously been left behind from the transfer. Personally it shouldn't have passed Quality Control. To be fair we didn't contact them as didn't want
to return it. After paying practically the cost of the t shirt in P&P didn't want that cost again.

I have been a fan of wrestling since i was a kid and never ordered my own merch... WWE Shop first time getting merch and by my experience this place is ran by Indians and has terrible customer service. I have worked in 7yrs of customer service myself so I know i can do a lot better. Ordered shirts that didn't end up fitting 3 shirts said medium but didnt fit as a medium, one of them had a hole in it... after this return i wont be buying again.... said "I need to ship items back first before i can be refunded." also the quality isnt what it seems only 4 out of 10 shirts i ordered were good...

Die Bewertungen sind unterste Schublade. Also, ich bestelle seit Jahren beim 'WWE EuroShop' und hatte noch nie Probleme. Die Ware war bisher immer wie beschrieben. Ich musste zwar einmal ein Shirt zurückschicken, weil das Shirt eine Nummer kleiner Ausgefallen ist, allerdings muss man dazu sagen, dass in der Beschreibung stand, dass dieses Shirt kleiner ausfallen könnte. Ich habe es einfach nicht richtig gelesen. Jedenfalls, die Ware ist innerhalb von 10 Tagen da. Es kann vielleicht mal zu Verzögerungen von 7 Tagen kommen, aber das ist nicht die Schuld von dem Shop, sondern, dass GB nunmal nicht mehr zur EU gehört. Der Versand 'Fedex' ist das Problem, nicht der Shop. Der Support ist direkt erreichbar und hilft sofort! Bitte den schlechten Kommentaren keine Aufmerksamkeit schenken, das sind nämlich Leute, die einmal dort bestellt haben, eine Sache ist dann zufällig schiefgelaufen und zack, schon ist der Shop mies bewertet. Macht eure eigenen Erfahrungen!

Unzufrieden wirklich schlecht
Nach dem bestellen habe ich keine Bestätigung erhalten. Erst Nach einem langen hin und her Habe ich die Bestätigung erhalten. Die Organisierung eine Total Katastrophe!!!! 😡 Wirklich enttäuschend.

Received garbage particles board clock, expected it to have some kind of casing or at least plastic over the face like every other clock that you buy for $10 anywhere. Arrived broken and not working at all and no return since it had a name printed on it. Great product for $45 wwe, way to let down any of your customer base.

It’s a real disgrace that my order has been rejected

After placing an order I read the reviews of the company! I was expecting to be scammed as I didn’t get a confirmation email of my order. Please ignore these reviews! I got exactly what I ordered in a couple of days. These reviews are old, when the company was taken over by new management! Teething problems at this time would be expected. Honestly! The quality of the title belt I ordered is mint! Came with a velvet zip sleeve to store it in which was not in the description, my son is so happy and so am I!
