Excellent service,enquiring about Andrea skin kind toilet rolls,lady went to warehouse and sent me photo,they were the right ones,can't get anymore of them now.They said they would email me,if same stock come in.

I can see that on the day you purchased the item, you were emailed by the team to inform of a 7-10 day delay with your order and if you were happy to wait or receive a full refund. Our Sales team subsequently responded to your email for an update first thing.
