I'm NICEIC. Yesterday I needed help logging in to the store. I had problems and called to ask for help. I don't remember this lady's name, but I would like to thank her very much for her kind help, on a very friendly basis, and even talking to her was a pure pleasure in getting help.

Useful size and content

The book arrived later than expected, having paid the extra amount for express delivery, and also arrived with the cover damaged.
The packaging (a jiffy bag) was fine, but the front cover of the book itself is badly creased, annoying for a book costing more than £30, and as my other publications are all kept in good condition.
The book itself is a more usable size than the IET guidance notes and has spiral binding so should be robust to keep with me, and contains a lot of useful content.

Amendment 2 form(s) serial numbers

After it became apparent that serial no's for Amendment 2 Forms are no longer available to purchase on the website, Liam assisted with our enquiry and subsequent 'over the phone' purchase allowing completion of forms for ongoing (pre Amd.3) works.
