I ordered the That’s The Spirit 10th anniversary vinyl in September, along with the POST HUMAN cassette. I received a refund for the cassette some time later, which I accepted.

The vinyl was then supposed to be shipped on December 12th. Since then, I received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no update at all.

Around January 10th, I became concerned after seeing that other customers had already received their vinyls for many weeks ago. I contacted customer service to ask about my order, and only then was I informed that the item was sold out and that my order would be refunded.

So unless I had reached out myself, I would never have known what happened to my order or received a refund.

Thank you for this very disappointing and unprofessional service.

I'm waiting for my refund of over 240€ for my cancelled order since January 22nd and customer service is not answering me

waited a long time for the figure bundle who's been delayed for MONTHS because it had a bad painting job just to see photos of the figure everywhere, which shows that the painting job of the finished figure is soso bad and doesn’t look even like advertised.
my friend (who already got his order delivered) didn’t even got a refund, not even partial, for the bad figure, which doesn’t look like advertised at all.
Immediately cancelled before it got shipped. They didn’t even take responsibility for their mistakes, letting customers pay hundred of euros.
Waiting for my refund since 2.days

Don’t trust these even though it the official merch, I pre ordered an album and there claiming I got it in Decembers months before it was finished/ released

Only found out today as I emailed them why it hasn’t been shipped yet
